So am I to assume that you are Paramedic? The City/County here hires regularly as does Fort Campbell for Federal Civil Service positions. You didn't state what your Qualifications were (EMT-B, EMT-Intermediate or EMT Advanced (Paramedic). Either way they hire alot around here because of the high turnover rate. Something you might want to consider....
  3. Well friend, if'n he takes "yer top knot" with his fillet knife, you know you went to fer. A good joke is too hard to pass up though! Dave
  4. Maybe this will help... http://www.countyclerkanytime.com/Tag_Title/trailer%20registration%20requirements.pdf
  5. I have the same thoughts as well. Prices keep going up and quantity keeps going down!
  6. So was the date chosen the 22/23 June?
  7. Too easy! My daughter is 16 and loves hunting and fishing! I want for her to experience the best life has to offer in the outdoors!
  8. I don't have one....LEO in another state runs my tow vehicle tags and I'm good to go. Tn doesn't title small trailers, campers or boat trailers...
  9. Pop up campers are not required to be registered/tagged in Tennessee. As long as you have a TN tag on your tow vehicle, you will be OK wherever you go. Please be sure that your trailer has working lights, or that your tow vehicle lights can be seen from the rear. Tennessee does not require a title for your camper so long as your tow vehicle is registered within the state. Same if you travel to another state. LEO elsewhere will go by TN law since that is where your vehicle is registered. Enjoy and happy camping! Dave
  10. I think you are right, that and the programs many schools have for our youth. I have donated to those programs as I feel it is good when the kids get involved.
  11. Awesome...I love it when the little ones get involved in the shooting sports!
  12. I haven't seen our venders come on here about anything....carrying past posted signs or nothing...don't look for it to happen!
  13. He's got to be in the 101st ABN Division! Got to love those guys and their ....well.....problems! I'm an "x" 101 member, so I feel for the guy!\ Dave
  14. This "Possibles" bag was made from canvas and treated with boiled linseed oil. It measures 2x12x14 inches. It was made to be authentic to the year 1790. Tin Coffee Boiler attached. (Technically, you could drink BEER from it!) The contents of the bag... From "Left to Right"...Top Row.....Tin Plate, Tinder. Bottom; Sewing kit, salt, peppercorns, eating fork, roasting fork, eating knife, tin of char cloth and flint/steel. I hope this helps... Dave
  15. I deal with Hiller plumbing at the Hotel I work at part time. I'm not impressed. We had an A/C problem and the worker filled out A/C with coolent. It leaked some and he recovered his coolant in which we were charged for. He repaired the leak and charged us AGAIN for coolent. He ripped us off as he said he could "re-use" the coolant he had recovered. It would be a cold day vegas before I called Hiller to work for me!
  16. Let me get my stuff together. Do you want measurements or just the bag and contents? Will be more than happy to assist you my friend.
  17. About as fine a picture as I've ever seen. THANK YOU, for allowing us to use it! Looks good to me!!!! Dave
  18. I want so much for me and my daughter to experience somekind of "REAL" trout fishing! Some day I suppose! Dave
  19. About the only church that I would ever be compelled to carry at, would be one where some old dude was dancing around to some funky banjo music and whips his snake out for everyone to kiss. Folks, that would be a shooting from hell!!! I just don't believe I would carry on school property, until I got a clarification on it. Just my opinion is all.... Dave
  20. Maybe instead of saying a "Battle of Wits", I should have said "Two old broke down minds and bodies trying to be young again!"
  21. I C/C when out and about in town. However, when out hiking, fishing, camping and/or hunting, I at times carry open. Most times no one else is around to notice anyways. I don't O/C to be noticed anyways, just for the same reasons you do. Dave
  22. My grandbaby has been taking bow shooting lessons so she can hunt with her "pawpaw". It looks like her lessons are going well!
  23. NICE!!!!
