A black teen wearing a "hoodie" carrying skittles and a drink stuck in his belt...I see where Z would be scared...he thought TM was a Gangsta! A hispanic dude, wearing a red sweater with a handgun in his hand or most likely stuck in his belt in one fashion or another. I see where TM would be scared....he thought Z was a gangbanger. Zman speaks for himself. Trayvon only has the person he was talking to on his phone to speak for what may have come down at the time it happened. Dave
  4. There are several videos out of his interviews. Even one where he takes you to the scene and gives you a blow by blow account of his actions, very shortly after all this happened. Look around and you'll find them. I want to hear the other side of the story....but he's dead.... Dave

  6. My son works with him and that's how I got to know him. Not a friend. I just know the dude. Not only did they take his handguns, but ALL his guns in the house. The paper article wasn't entirely right. He also got charged with domestic assualt/violence. Dave
  7. And again..... CLARKSVILLE, TENN. — A 19-year-old man was shot in the hand during a drive-by shooting Saturday. The victim was walking on Greenfield Drive when someone drove by in a black Chevy Impala and shot at him in the hand, according to a Clarksville Police report. There were no other witnesses and no suspects at this time. Dave
  8. CLARKSVILLE, TENN. — Police responded to a frantic call after a 3-year-old boy shot himself in the foot on Sunday at 139 Buttermere Drive. When police arrived, they found the boy in the kitchen with his mother, who was treating the boy’s wound, according to a news release from Clarksville Police spokesman Officer Jim Knoll. The boy was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center by Lifeflight with non-lifethreatening injuries. Police said the boy found the Spring Armory XD 9 mm gun unsecured and started playing with it, then discharged it. Besides his mother, there was a 10-month-old child inside the house. The investigation is ongoing Clarksville was on a roll this weekend!!! Dave
  9. CLARKSVILLE, TENN. — A man went on a violent rampage beating a woman and pulling two guns on her Saturday at 941 Drum Lane. James Eric Sloan, 47, pushed the victim to the ground, hit her head with his fists, kicked her, pulled her hair and held a 9 mm handgun to her head while she was on the floor, the police report said. The victim said Sloan threatened to kill her many times. Sloan left the house and the victim locked the doors. While Sloan stood outside he pointed a Colt .32-caliber revolver at the victim and verbally threatened her, the police report said. Sloan, who gave an address of 941 Drum Lane, was taken into custody and the guns were seized. The victim shows signs of physical injury including bruises on her arms and head. Sloan has no history of domestic violence and was charged with aggravated assault. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released by Clarksville Bonding. I know this guy.....This does not surprise me one bit! Dave

  13. $150 +/- for me and $100 +/- for my teen daughter preferably cheaper. Bass Pro has some I like as does Sportsman's. I just don't know enough about the materials and brand names any more. Dave

  15. Thanks for the information. Buying waders in the "old days" was easy. You only had two choices..Hip or Chest. They were all made from rubber! Dave
  16. I am looking to replace my old Chest waders, and was wanting some opinions on the "Breathable Light weight" waders, and the Neoprene waders. I will be getting my Daughter a pair also, and I want to get good waders from the get go! Please share your experiences and reccomendations. Thanks... Dave

  20. When I ran my Taxidermy shop, I had the opportunity to mount the State Record Spotted Gar caught by Victor Robinson. He caught the 9 pound fish at Cross Creeks Wildlife Refuge. Most of the Gar being caught by anglers is the more common Spotted and Longnose Gar as RobTattoo stated. Aligator gar are a fight from hell! Short nose Gar show up at times in the creel. Dave
