Just left the theater, haven't been in about 6 years but I needed some motivation, this movie is a fantastic recap of our history with some world history involved. It is a great film that spells out how we got to where we are today. Personally I don't think it went far enough with the fallout of the radical plan that's in play except for the visit to Detroit. I learned a few things and I imagine any younger folks that went to public school will learn a lot.

One thing about service member or govt worker tenants, if they default and you have to go after them in civil court, you can easily recoup some money. Fed law allows it and they don't want a black eye from their people. Civilians, not so much so.

CA has a task force just for this, they look at who else is in your household too. Their program is over the top and if it keeps goin, if you have a kid on add meds or the like they will come remove firearms from the home. After all, the gov knows best:/

My ol lady was a big Papa Johns fan but has recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease, no more wheat based anything for her. She's Italian too so it has been tough to cut out the good pasta. Me personally, I've never been a fan of chain pizza, nothing like a mom and pop place.

I've got some experience with your scenario. I've done it twice, first time I vetted the tenants and they stayed 10 years. Only reason they left is because I had to sell it due to divorce. 2nd time we hired a property manager. Apparently they didn't check them out very well, after 3 months they stopped paying the rent. Had to go through the process of eviction. Very costly, takes a long time, a lot of damage and we were out 12+k in losses. You can do it, just be picky, if you hire a company, check them out as much as possible! This day and age, I'm with you, I would rather just sell it. Who knows what tomorrow brings. Good luck

We used to have an EA6B that always had the auto pilot crap the bed before crossing the pond. Jr pilot on the rotation would get the short stick.

I've mentioned the XD tactical that I have and forgot to say the bad part of it. The only thing I find imperfect is when you have 13 rounds in it and put the +1 on the pipe. There is a round in the mag that becomes loose and rattles a bit. No failures of any kind in this baby, just this little rattle. If the mag is out it doesn't rattle, only when you seat it. Doubt I'll ever be sneaking up on someone and be found out due to my rogue round but I wanted to pass along. 14 rounds of .45 is beyond bad a•• no matter how you slice it.

This is just a game, those states where a gun buster means nothing for concealed carry holders, FL is one of them. Target said they would respect state law so they're just trying to shut these clown up
