You said many of the problems were caused by the government but cannot do much to fix or prevent them. ? The lack of common sense with domestic policy is the problem. Not wanting to target Muslims as suspects and shaking down my 80 year old mother out of fairness is ignorant as are many of his governments policies. If we were tough on criminals, we'd have less crime. It doesn't mean we need to spy on every American just in case while targeting conservatives and veterans, that is tyranny.

I can't imagine why glock feels the need to expand, they have their market segment and gazillions of $, why ruin their rep with an iffy product or expand in to a small market. The design is inherently bulky to begin with.

  I put off getting one simply for the reason of being targeted by the law via the license plate. (we know this happens, look at maryland) But then I lived in a city where I felt it was needed and figured that since I'm not a criminal, I need to get one.  The cost was a bit pricey, $135-140, somewhere around there and while I agree a background check is important, I don't believe the price should be that high.    Pennsyltucky currently charges $25, that's more my kind of price :)
