Charcoal is king however, gas is handy. You can make fantastic tasting food on gas the key is don't clean it! Just the grate. Regulating temps on gas is so much easier. I use both. Frequently. Once they regulate the gas grills to the point of non existence, they'll make charcoal prohibitively expensive. It'll be like Europe here before you know it, and we won't be smiling either.

I have no idea what weed costs or used to cost but I imagine it'll turn out like shine. What used to be 2-3 dollars is now 18-28. Luckily we have the smartest people in their own mind in control.

Where abouts are you? You're on the right track, if you've got a new harness for it I would wire it as new. You can only eat an elephant one bite at a time and a harness is the same way. Go slow and ensure your grounds are good! Since it's a 74 it's probably under engineered, I has a 73 and the company did a half ass job of designing the system to run on electronic ignition, it wouldn't ha the itself because they didn't beef up the stator. I would look into that while you're at it. It's probably the reason the other dude cut the harness and went with points. There is a reason for everything.

Thanks for serving! Hopefully your permit will come quickly, mine took a long time only because the postal carrier told the post office I didn't live in my house (I just moved in) it tools over 6 months for me to fix that. Hopefully those folks you've mentioned will get lots of practice!

Got the little guy today as well. Certainly a fine piece of craftsmanship, very nice. I was thinking of using as EDC too but have grown accustomed to the size of the LG. (Glad others show wear too) Guess I'll carry both and see which one wins out. Thanks again Willis.
