I believe the more miserable the country, the more the people go for soccer. It's the only patriotic thing going and people need to have something to look forward to. It's why America has been getting in to it more. I am firm in this belief and am disgusted we have become so miserable!

Was a good game with USA rallying after a missed goal attempt, very impressive and great teamwork! Noticed a lot of pride in the crowd too! One more game!

Madness is the key word. It seems to me that those that make the news are completely void of any rational thought. I've read more crazy shit these last 6 years than the rest of my 40+. Bat guano crazy! They will never stop because their madness can't be satisfied. Besides the lying, the other problem is the lack of pertinent information or the limited info they try to pass as news. Personally I think anyone watching the main stream news is wasting their time. Unless you really believe unemployment is as low as they say, then it's perfect for you :) Even fox is limited, especially with the invasion of illegals. You've got to find the real news for yourself with as little spin as possible. Good luck with that these days.

The only time msnbc isn't in last place is when cnn is done covering a riot or something. Journalism has no worth these days.

I feel that those that lack the will to drive as they were tested do so because they lack common curtesy and respect for others. If I were in charge, I would advocate a penalty of a broken finger for not using turn signals :) That's why I didn't get into law enforcement, I'd go rogue (just kidding) To add to the minivan-I'd have a peace sticker and drive it like a stolen Indy car!
