All depends .. I 've got a bunch of Nobel Sport LE 00 with 12 pellet. I'm not at home to see what the box claims on fps, but those babies are POWERFUL. 2 3/4" shells, but they feel like 3 1/2. Really cringe to shoot the dang things. Has to be some very concentrated powder in there. - OS
