Yep, in TN, free cell phone if you are on any of these proggies: Medicaid Food Stamps ' Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8) Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) National School Lunch's FREE Lunch Program (NSL) Or income, which starts at $15,080 for single person household Number of phones and minutes varies by number in household. Minimum is 250 minutes and 250 text messages. And just like the gummit's recruiting for food stamps, you don't have to look for these offers. I get one every month or so since I live in a complex where at least half the folks probably receive Section 8, so we get carpet bomb mail for all this sort of stuff. - OS

I can see it in your picture, the little level or nub behind the trigger. To test it, just open cylinder so you can see where hammer comes through. Press forward with hammer with thumb. Firing pin built into hammer doesn't come through where it could hit cartridge, right? Now while you still have thumb pushing forward, use other hand to press the lever behind trigger. Now the pin portion of hammer comes through, right? So unless it's broken somehow, that lever/nub/plunger/whatever you call it has to be depressed or the gun can't fire. That's the hammer block safety. - OS

It's ironic that in the knife world nowadays, high end is all about steels like CPM S30V and higher, which are powder made or sintered steels. But some of those same folks diss MIM tech in their guns, which is essentially similar process. - OS

Oh my, so sorry indeed -- here's praying in my way for strength and serenity for you and yours through yet more heartbreaks. - OS

Mike, I told ya that's the way it was when I lived out that way (ceptin for bootleggers) but wondering if it still is for sure. I'm beginning to think it is, 'cause I didn't notice any as we came down 11w, but I didn't really pay any attention till we got into Blaine area. - OS

Seriously, though .. you can buy beer during the week now in Grainger?
-
There are still counties in TN that don't even sell beer? Grainger county didn't when I last lived out that way, but that was long ago? - OS

They are still showing in stock. Kinda hard to believe. Last batch I saw around anywhere near this price was at PSA, and they sold out in hours. - OS

This place that Erik found claims to have them, $719 w/ free shipping. http://www.sportsman...2.cfm/ID/104507 previous thread: - OS

No way to know, nationwide. I'd posit that the bigger the biz, the more likely to ban, so numerically by employees affected, probably many more are prohibited than not. Especially when you throw in Kali, NYC, and Chicago/rest of Illinois, and others where few or no folks can carry legally anywhere, employee rules or not. - OS

You shouldn't be thinking that. http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=71673 - OS

Don't understand question. Doesn't much matter in this case as far as his company is concerned, since he wasn't even an employee any more. Sounds like would have been good if some of the other folks in there had been packing though. - OS

A judgement call that Mitt won't look into far left niches nationwide to find activist nominess. BHO has Kagan and Sotomayer already to his "credit". That's plenty of indication right there. Just one more like either, let alone 2 or 3, and the course of SCOTUS is set against everything the least bit conservative for many years to come. Yes, Mitt sucks, but BHO is the USA's AntiChrist. - OS

Not saying it's bad, but looks like a home based drop ship biz to me. PO Box for address, and no phone number for contact at all, usually suggests that. No mention of shipping timeline that I could find? If so, stock availability dependent on data base ties to their distributor(s). Couldn't find anything that is NOT in stock, always makes me a bit suspicious. Nada mention of it at all being discussed, yea or nay. Domain created in 2010, whois jibes with the NC address. Self published blurb a year ago shows a phone number: http://www.pr.com/pr...release/362168. Brown Dog Enterprises doesn't seem to lead anywhere pertinent. - OS

Again, I'll mention what a BHO loaded SCOTUS will likely do to gun legislation over the next 25 years. There's the legacy. The gift that keeps on giving. - OS

I didn't claim his rights had been necessarily violated, or certainly that he's not guilty of parole violation, only that the way it was handled has been 100% politically motivated. The debacle to which I refer, the man wasn't even under arrest. He was called in for a 30 minute discussion, and was released after it. Hell, it could have been done by phone. The whole thing was done for the press coverage, and only for the press coverage, in an attempt to assuage Muslim sentiment abroad, a decision made on the highest level. You know, that same level that wouldn't prosecute the Black Panther whose voter interference was on tape for all the world to see. The same one that sues individual states for attempting to enforce the immigration policies that the US Justice Dept. won't. The same one that sues states for attempting to ensure there's no voter fraud, etc ad nauseam. Meaning BHO told Holder to do it, and do it in the way it would best get maximum press coverage. - OS

What do you think the Supreme Court will do to gun rights over the next 25 years once BHO has loaded it with 2 to 3 more justices who will make Kagan and Sotomayor look like conservatives by comparison? Just one more will tilt the balance to the left, and Kennedy has already said he's gone -- he only waited this long hoping that we'd have a Republican prez. Almost certainly, Heller and McDonald decisions will be overturned as soon as the right case works its way up. And that won't be the worst of it, not nearly. - OS

Back in my day, we didn't go in for that kind of stupid stuff. The only thing we crammed up our butts were belladonna and opium suppositories. 'Cause we wuz classy. - OS
