  1.   His original vid was featured on The Ed Show last night, and Yeager was aready scheduled to appear himself on tonight's show. Don't know if he still will.   But yep,  it's just more anti-gun grist for the progressive mill.   - OS
  2.   You may define TNDOS however you like.   And while you're busy being a definitional Spartacus :) as in:     Public: "People in general considered as a whole"   I guess if he had said he'd only kill government robots, it couldn't have been considered a threat.   - OS
  3.   Sure it does.   TNDOS is officially designated as  "Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security" for a reason.   Not the least of which is federal funding, which means federal influence.   - OS
  4.   Uterusly hilarious, even.   - OS
  5.   But but,  the AG was very stern, saying:   "Repetition by NBC or any employee of any similar or other firearms violation will be prosecuted to the full extent supported by the facts and the law,."   Shiver.   - OS
  6.   From the news story:   'James Yeager, 42, had his permit suspended based on a "material likelihood of risk of harm to the public," the department said in a statement.'   You win the best, but lose points for research. :) :)   - OS
  7.   Same one that zapped Kwik's:   "39-17-1352.  Suspension or revocation of license.   (a) The department shall suspend or revoke a handgun permit upon a showing by its records or other sufficient evidence that the permit holder: ....    (3) Poses a material likelihood of risk of harm to the public;"   "sufficient evidence" is of course, up to TNDOS.   - OS
  8.   Doesn't help in TN, once you're a resident for 6 months.   Ask Kwik
  9.   News and video interview re that:   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/58206-state-suspends-gun-carry-permit-for-james-yeager/
  10.   He mentioned in the WSMV interview something about just getting off the phone with MSNBC or somesuch ... maybe cancelling, or setting up local uplink, who knows.   - OS
  11.   First time found on The Wayback Machine is 10/12/2011   http://web.archive.org/web/20111012205133/http://www.tn.gov/safety/index.shtml   - OS
  12.   Wonder if he'll still do The Ed Show tonight?
  13.   TNDOS is officially named Department of Safety & Homeland Security.   Right there on their homepage:   http://www.tn.gov/safety/   Of course, federal funds filter down, just like they do to the Highway Dept, and gawd knows wherever else.   - OS
  14. That's was my choice. Laying the buffer tube of this baby alongside cheek is 95% as effective as actually having a stock on it. For free. - OS
  15. You bet $200 to win an SBR.   Just like poker, don't bet more than you can afford to lose, although I think your odds are quite high of winning or getting your bet refunded.   - OS
  16.   Good in both states.   Brush up on no carry zones and whatnot at:   http://www.handgunlaw.us/states/kentucky.pdf   http://www.handgunlaw.us/states/indiana.pdf   - OS
  17.   He probably won't actually be there in person.
  18.   Facts don't matter on MSNBC. Though not as bad as Matthews, Shultz will still serve him up as nutjob -- the only reason he's having him on there is because of his death threat, not for any constructive conversation.   - OS
  19. How many forums do you plan to duplicate this post in?   Even the first one in Politics was unnecessary, since there was already a Lamer response topic running in it, with exactly same letters.   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/57992-response-from-lamar-alexander/   - OS
  20.   Hell, I was predicting we'd have that during this term even before CT.   I'll also admit I'd be pert pleased at this point if that were the worst ding.   - OS
  21. Pat letter everyone is getting:   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/57992-response-from-lamar-alexander/   And I'll say same thing. Is there anything specific he says he will NOT support? No.   - OS
  22.   That gun moll he runs with is highly suspect too.
  23.   Playing the logical devil's advocate,  a simple ban on private sells without registration would prevent most folks from selling to someone they didn't know real well.   There is no way to know how many firearms have been sold just in this state to folks who are prohibited under existing laws from owning firearms.   You or I might have even have done it.   - OS
  24. b with right parenthesis becomes B) c with full parentheses becomes (c)
