  1.   That was my point, just as he voted to get Manchin-Toomey onto the floor.   I won't fault him though, if he winds up voting again the resolution itself.   - OS
  2.   Sadly, he let him back out of the country, though.   - OS
  3.   Certainly couldn't be by when it "feels" good. :)   - OS
  4.   Maybe Bob will be able to vote for it before he votes against it. Again.   - OS
  5.   No. From Bin Laden and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed on down through the hijackers themselves, seems only two were. Most of the actual hijackers were Saudi.   - OS
  6.   I posted in that thread, with an anecdote that supported OP actually.   Thread seems to have been disappeared, and my "content" doesn't show my post either.   My guess is OP asked a mod to zap it, and you're clicking on it from cached page or link somehow.   - OS
  7.   In the book, yeah. But they specifically changed it in the movie, after it being in original script.   http://www.thewrap.com/movies/article/fearing-chinese-censors-paramount-changes-world-war-z-exclusive-83316   - OS
  8. Wow. I can't even understand the stock, looks like some torture device from the Inquisition. - OS
  9.   Still pretty tight in Libya too apparently. They effortlessly switched sides once it was pretty clear Gaddafi was a goner.   - OS
  10.   My head, my head!
  11.   Dalep? Like, you're from Alpha Centauri system or somewhere?
  12.   I was final catalyst, offered him a quarter toward his new holster if he'd quit shouting. :)   - OS
  13.   Yes, a man for all seasonings. He was the first I know of to master the "I voted for it before I voted against it" master seesaw political tactic, too.   - OS
  14.   Yeah, I actually caught a few of them again on one of the oldie channels in the last couple years.   Many of Boone's best parts before that series were generally as the heavy. Ever see The Tall T? Noteworthy flick, from an Elmore Leonard story. And the title is still a mystery.   - OS
  15.   Avatar always left little doubt to me. :)
  16.   They didn't, if you remember your history (or read the link, ahem). They mostly dissed him, called him out for putting in for medals he didn't deserve and etc.   - OS
  17.   Maybe BHO will be also have to live in a Russian airport lounge for a good while after the conference. Jeez, I hope he doesn't spill any secrets! :)   - OS
  18.   He got kinda quiet about it once his comrades in arms started talking to the press and they dug up the shenanigans at the various war offices concerning his hammering for medals.   - OS
  19.   Site seems to be hammered, comes and goes.
  20.   Yep, without the union, you'd be watching three, and they'd actually get their money's worth!
  21. Do you have to have TN hunting license to shoot or trap pigeons, starlings, English sparrows, and nutria? And would using a firearm vs a pellet gun make any difference?   And as far as that goes, do you need one to specifically hunt wild hogs in the case of someone's private land where it is legal? (I know you'd need one to "incidentally" take one while hunting legally for other big game).   The first three are not protected and deemed "non-native invasive populations with potential to damage property, pose a human health risk, and have detrimental effects on native wildlife."   And hogs are deemed "destructive to property and may pose a safety or health risk to people, livestock, and other native wildlife", but it seems unclear is they are also "non-protected".   - OS
  22.   But but but, it's now "our" line in the sand, eh?   Must be hot breaking stuff, site is barely cutting it.   - OS
  23.   Perfect. Just like most of the rest of us sheep. ;)
  24.   Yep, I believe you, and think you just made Rightwinger's case!   - OS
  25.   Jesus, y'all, again, see my above post, we're been through that, he's doing that.
