All good ideas but my Rep/Sen both voted against HB962 all of the way. I'm drafting my email to the 5 at-large and my councilman now.

Wow! I just watched Sen. Jackson's speech. Awesome!!! I swear I don't know how they can take an oath to uphold the COTUS and still vote against this especially after hearing Sen. Jackson.

I had to take my mom to the Dr. @10AM. It sounds like I need to go back and listen to Sen. Jackson's speech. WOO HOO!!!! It's too bad we have to wait 40 more days but at least no one can screw us now. I always had Naifeh in the back of my mind just wondering what tricks he had up his sleeve.

I never said that I wanted him to run. What I said was that I was wondering if he was going to run. I like Fred personally. For the most part I have agreed with things he has done but not all. If he runs then I will surely give him a strong look. As far as him quitting, I'm sure you are referring to his run for president. I never thought that he ever wanted to run But I think that the party pushed him into it when being President was not his passion. It showed in his campaigning and in the polls so he didn't last long enough for his coffee to get cold.

I'm surprised that TFA doesn't pay the $190 fee. This is just a case of the out of control media retaliating for TFA's request to members to identify the officers that were standing with Gov. POS Bredesen when he vetoed HB962

I was just wondering out loud about Fred. He doesn't seem the type to be satisfied to not be doing something. Just wondering if he is doing the talk radio gig to keep his name out there and maybe convince people that he is the man for the job. Like I said, Just wondering out loud

I guess that means that there is no way to know when it could happen and if we want to watch then we gotta pay close attention.

The Senate has to wait for the House. If the House vote were to fail there would be no need for the Senate to do anything else with it.

I was surprised when I went thru 6 pages of posts. There were a lot of the same people being mentioned. Then Punisher84 says don't worry. I wasn't looking for comments in that thread. Those can go here. If he don't want to help then that's fine. I think we need to stay very actively working until the vote is taken. I hope he's right and I ain't worrying but I'm still working very hard. If We all took Punishers attitude and just kicked back and did no more but then the House vote went against us then we are screwed so I ain't gonna quit. There were a couple of guys that asked where we stood so I did something to let them know. No one will say I didn't do my part.
