For my money and past experience it would be the CZ. I never had a P-07 but I have a P-06 and a 75D PCR. They have been GREAT guns. I have just sold my SP 2022 because after getting the 2 CZ's it was staying in the safe. Owned 1 Glock and they are just not for me.

The bill only gives the HCP holder the right to park his/her car on the property and keep the gun concealed inside of a locked car. I don't see how this has much for the property owner to worry about. It will not cover those who are not approved by the State of TN to carry a weapon. If it allowed for concealed carry anywhere on the property then I could understand the argument for the rights of the property owner. To me it seems to be another version of don't ask, don't tell.

I am looking to get back into photography, just as a hobby. Back in the early 80's I bought a Nikon FM 35mm and really enjoyed it but for some unknown reason I stopped. I still have that camera and a 200mm zoom lense that I guess I'll be lucky to get $100 for on ebay. How easy is it to learn and operate? I sold a Sig that had been residing in my safe to fund this purchase. They also have a Canon that's about $150 less. Would it be just as good as the Nikon set for an amateur? My parents have both passed in the last year and my brother and I now own their house. Good news is that it's paid for and in pretty good shape except for the dated bathroom. Bad news, it is in a flood plain and had 20k damage in '10 flood. No damage to the living area. Just the H/A unit, ducts and garage damage. Metro tax appraisal is at 144k but there is no way that we could get anywhere neare that right now. I'm thinking about the appraisal to determine today's value and borrow enough to pay him out and rent it for 2 or 3 years while the value hopefully rises and then sell it.

What does an appraisal on a home cost these days in Nashville?
