  1. I carry a CZ that has a decocker rather than a safety. I don't want to have to deal with a safety in an emergency!
  2. Wish I could make it David but working for a friends campaign fro a state house seat and it's the last Sat before Election Day. When will you be at a middle TN show next?
  3. Yes the search feature is your friend!
  4. I voted, got the sticker and on Election Day I'll be working a few S. Nashville precincts as a Poll Watcher.
  5. Hickok45's pumpkin carving vid also made John Boy and Billy's video of the day today! http://www.thebigshow.com/video_day/videoNew.php
  6. It's not so tuff. Everything about him is a lie!
  7. Never happen!
  8. Thats what happened at a KISS concert I worked at Starwood!!! I was on the baracade in front of Gene Simmons all night!
  9. Tuesday the 6th is election night and I'll be unavailable. I could make any of the others work.
  10. What got me to consider AAA is what just happened to my cousin last Friday. He was coming home to Franklin from Fayetteville and hit a mud flap with the large piece of iron that had broken off a trailer and disabled his car. He had State Farm and they were very little help. He was at mm32 on I-65 and had to have his car towed to the Ford dealer in Columbia because they would not tow it any farther. The whole issue has been a nightmare. He would have greatly benefitted by having AAA last week. I don't think that $50 sounds too high when you consider the large gaps in service between AAA and the other coverages mentioned. Cuz's experience says a lot too. My policy is with Travelers and I hope that I would get better treatment from them than he did with State Farm.
  11. The good thing for me is there are no more drivers involved since we have no kids and my wife doesn't drive. It seems that there are a lot more benefits available thru AAA than just my $2 add on to my car insurance.
  12. No it's not about a gun. It's AAA Auto Club. I've never bought into it before but I got a half price offer today for $50 for 13 months. I'm 55 and can still change a tire but that doesn't mean that there won't be other issues that may arise that their service would be beneficial. The other thing is that my main car that I spend most of my time in is my '97 T-Bird with 273k miles. It's not a clunker, I am still driving it because I love it. I just put a new set of Michelins on it so I'm optimistic about it going another 100k miles at least. My other car was my parents 2002 Dodge Intrepid w/73k mikes. It's in good shape but I don't drive it much. What's your experience with AAA? $50 ain't much. Just a little more insurance I guess. Who else is a AAA member?
  13. Just dont try to show off a go for head shots like a guy in our class! He missed about half a 7 yards and decided it was time to focus on center mass shots!!
  14. This is the only picture I've taken at my PT job working at a grocery staore. Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton came in to stock up during CMA week.
  15. I was just reading about the handgun carry classes being offered at Nashville Armory and they said that 100 rds of ammo were required. What's up with that. When I toook my class at G&L about 6 years ago we only shot 48 rds. Has the requirement changed for the range portion of the test or is it just a difference in the facilities offering the class?
  16. And why is it that I should care? Hasn't he got better things to do?
  17. Good for you! Maybe they were setting you up and as soon as you got in too deep they would spill the beans on you. Your integrity is intact!
  18. I did read your post carefully and I asked you if he intentionally test fired (your words) the Keltec, which is intentional or if it was an AD/ND.
  19. The way I read your post the dealer intentionally test fired his Keltec which would have been a planned shot and not an AD/ND. Had he done it intentionally then he would have assumed that it was acceptable. Now was it intentional or accidental?
  20. I was hit with some the last time I shot at Gun City. That will be the Last time I shot there too.
  21. Oh and Happy Birthday!!
  22. Missed it. Anyone got a link?

  24. They are great guns! You can probably find a good used one and not have to sacrafice anything.
