Lucky me! I was given on old revolver today. Does anyone have the info on how to find out when this Colt revolver was made by the serial number?

I've been to the Grand Canyon and it's the most awesome sight I've ever seen.  Maybe when I retire we can take a drive around the country and this is surely gonna be a part of the tour!

I believe that I planted them in '02 or '03 also in 1 gal containers. The first picture was after a year or two in the ground. The last picture was this past summer. They top out at 12' to 15'.  I planted mine in a straight line but if there is room they can be planted in 2 rows in a zig zag that will fill the gaps quicker. Leylands will grow faster but have many issues. I know because I have a row of them across the back property line here.

Take a look at "Emerald Green" arborvitae. I planted some to block the back of a privacy fence that was installed next door knowing that it would not be maintained on the back side and look bad pretty soon. They won't grow like bamboo but they will be less work and will do fine if watered and fertilized. Here are some pics of mine.

I've still got one but haven't tried to use it in MANY years.

1:24 scale NASCAR diecast but I'm in the process of liquidating them all. Still have about 50 pieces listed on eBay. Haven't added to the collection in quite a while.

I had a swarm come here a couple of years ago. Found a local beekeeper who was about a mile away who came and got them for free and then gave me a quart of honey! Here are a few pics of him getting the bees without a protective suit and he never got stung. I even ventured pretty close to get the pictures without getting stung!

Same thing has happened to me there and I refuse to go back. I got hit just below my safety glasses with a piece smaller than those. Just not worth it.
