    New Kimber owner!

Congrats ! I do like my Kimbers
  2. Very cool ... thanks for the link.
  3. I have not looked into the Dragon units very much... I have an accufab Single blade on both of my Whipples. Is the TB ported with your ported eaton? i would not upgrade the TB until/if you do a Twin Screw..but that is just me. A link to stuff that Posi does/has Products - SVTPerformance
  4. I will try my best to make this if my work schedule allows. I have new goodies that I need to try out.
  5. I went Whipple over KB because of price and I like the looks of teh Whipples better. Now that KB's no longer have that breadbox look I may have gone with the KB Mamouth Kit. Both are great blower. The SRA is mild build for dratrack duty. It has all solid bushings and a Detroit/Eaton Tru Track diff , and 10-way adjustable shocks...so it is not as smooth as IRS but still feels good on the street IMO. Plus I like the idea of 5,500 RMP launches with out fear of breaking a halfshaft. Link to the rear build Soild Axle Build for '03 Cobra Coupe - SVTOA Nashville Forums The IRS brace is a good Idea I had a brace on both of my IRS's...better safe than sorry. Unless you want to upgrade injectors, fuel system and other stuff I'd stick with the port and the spray.
  6. Shhhsh + I had better not see you in a Smart Car on Sundays
  7. SRA = Solid Rear Axle Both 03's have whipples. There is a SVTOA Knoxville chapter too. My buddy Jym Bart heads up...check'um out they do car shows and run the dragon and stuff like that.
  8. LOL I had to look under your name to see that it was you Craig. I have axles out of a 02 GT if they will help you..they may be too long for what you want to do but they are FREE.
  9. 03 Coupe 630RWHP built SRA 26k miles (white) 03 Vert 600RWHP 11k miles stock IRS 98 Coupe just suspension stuff Check out Svtoanashville.com when you get a chance
  10. Nice mod list plus the 75 shot will help keep things cool. Gotta love the sound of the Stiggy ported blowers.. they scream like a banshee. I do miss that sound sometimes.
  11. LOL and a readheaded stepbrother and a little white 4v baby brother LOL You know the story;)
  12. Nice ride I have its twin in my garage
  13. Congrats
  14. You may want to call CMP. If you bought from them while in MI they may still ahve an active customer number for you. Eligibility Requirements
  15. Cool, Ii will go check'um out. Thanks for the heads up.
  16. Not always.. I was in AL for a golf outing today and stopped by CMP this morning. They restocked friday night. Lots of fresh goodies. Congrats on tne M1's 70below
  17. You need someone to Go,No-Go, & Field gauge it for you. CMP Armorer Explains Garand Headspacing Procedures AccurateShooter.com Bulletin I gauage my Garands for all three when I get a new one or sawp bolts between rifles. The link is for a Garand but same idea. You can order the Cylmer gauges from brownells or call clymer direct (218-853-5555) The gauges run about $25 each + shipping. Or, any gunsmith with a set of gauges should be able to take care of it for ya. Congrats on the new toy. #1. not just a slam fire thing - bad headspace excessive or not enough can cause a very bad day. #2 Not that I am aware of #3 CCA can fix you up... should not be a huge fee to know that it is safe to shoot. http://www.dgrguns.com/ is also up your way but may be a M1 guy only.
  18. Good shoot'n
  19. LOL LOL It is too expensive to feed LOL LOL
  20. Let us know how you like it at the range... I is a sweet shooter the few rounds that I put throught it. It is a looker too
  21. Looks great Jason You may wanna delete the serial number pic just in case there are any loons learking the forums. I am glad that the GRII found a good home it was a very nice looking, great shooting .45. Best I remember it is clean, lubed and ready to rock. I cant remember if I used CLP or my Wilson lube but either way it should work great when you take it to the range for the 1st time. This may be one that I regret selling down the road LOL
  22. I saw them too... Tatts on the face makes them "hard core gangstas" ,o) One had a Tec9 and another had a glock with a chome slide. I even saw a few people talking to them about buying guns from them WTF? I would not buy anything from those guys. I also thought to myself that if the news or 60 minutes had been there they would have picked those guys to talk to .. they would have been "just the average gunshow attendee".
  23. WELCOME
