  1. Maybe I'm out of place with this suggestion, but what if the graphic on the handle was the TGO logo inside an outline of the TN border?
  2. As much as I would like to, it would depend on my work situation. If I do go in, I would hope to get the same serial. :stalk:
  3. Reads like Statist garbage. I sure hope nothing like this has happend or will happen in this state.
  4.   I tertiary.
  5.   I just tell people no. If they do not understand the word after two responses, I offer to call the police and see if they have an interpreter available.
  6. I'd recommend everyone reading up some of the snake stats and facts on the tn snake website that was posted. It shares a lot good info!
  7. Earbuds really do cut down on situational awareness. I get uncomfortable seeing as many people wearing them in public and in stores as I do. Most of those folks seem a lot more tunnel vision than the average sheep.
  8. From my experience, spoofers use a list of numbers.   It will be taking a risk of expence either way. Cost of possible loss of business for waiting it out, or cost of implimenting a new number, including updating marketing materials (which would also take time).   Spoofers are complete assholes. They are basically a hybrid of thieves and harassers in a way.   Hopefully ths is resolved sooner rather than later.
  9. Spoofing on that level...lets hope the person doing this is not in some other country. If so, it may be easier to get another number. But that still entails a lot of work implimenting such a change.   I would call your phone company if you haven't already to see if the spoofing is showing up in your outboung call history. It shouldn't, but in the rare case that it does, you may be able to find the source a lot faster.

    Oh lord!

  11.   Listen to this guy. His profile pic is a snake. :tough:         Nevermind that he studies snakes....   So UncleJak was right in the first response.
  12.   I don't want anyone's or anything's balls in my stout.
  13.   I agree and would add  some quantitative methods and analysis courses so they can go one step further, and not only collect dependably stochastic data, but use goodness of fit testings, confidence intervals, and multiple trials to your advantage; essentially taking real data and making it say what you want....kinda like an FDA trial or something.
  14.   The entire ship, with exception of the futtock was comprised of the dipthongal material "soy".
  15. Habit.
  16. Anyone here like using complex or esoteric words every now and then? Daily? Back in the days I frequented a detailing forum or two, someone had started a "word of the day thread". I had a much better vocabulary then...but that was back in college (not really that long ago) when writing tons of nonsensical papers weekly was a normal thing.   Throw a couple good ones in every now an again.   butyraceous     Margarine, no matter how butyraceous it may appear,  is a synthetic blasphemy and an abomination to all things good and green.   felicitate     Building ARs felicitates the occasional OCD AR fan by giving him/her the ability to build a rifle to their specification. Felicitate is a word I only come upon in reading some older literature and texts. I guess it makes sense that this site marks it as obsolete.   "Butyraceous." Merriam-Webster.com. Merriam-Webster, n.d. Web. 4 May 2014. <http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/butyraceous>. "Felicitate." Merriam-Webster.com. Merriam-Webster, n.d. 17. ...so far this is a pretty one sided survey. Maybe we need more statist on this site to balance things out...   :stir:
  18.   Interesting. Thanks for that clairification.
  19.   When people become afraid of voicing or publishing their own opinons; they are no longer free. They become servants.
  20. :tinfoil: :tinfoil:   Didn't mean my comment that way. It was targeted at myself, Murg, and Nicky who all basically copy and pasted TDR's post. Wasn't meant to demonize people chosing not to participate for any reason.
  21. I'll try and answere these as best I can....       Depends on what the business defines as a weapon. If you are worried or don't know, just leave the knife or whatever in your vehicle, or don't do business there.       Not familiar with that acronym. But if you have to ask this question, regardless of the law, it probably would not be wise for you to do so.     http://www.tennessee.gov/tccy/tnchild/39/39-17-1309.htm   Unless they change this specifically, I would recommend against challenging it.     Starting July 1, 2014, lawful purpose will be choice, so long as you are in TN and in good standing.   http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/billinfo/BillSummaryArchive.aspx?BillNumber=SB1771&ga=108     At this
  22.   Pizza.
  23.     Damn we are lazy.....
  24. Pretty much a copy and paste of TripleDigitRides, except for the written out questions.   Q: Please define gun rights.    A: An absence of state intervention or regulation with respect to the individual ownership of "guns".   Q: Please define gun control.   A: State intervention or regulation of individual ownership of "guns"
