  1.   I was thinking of cutting something too.
  2. Doesn't everyone know that you have to break in barrels? This is the proper way to do so.
  3. If you have a square bit, sometimes you can use one of those to get a stripped screw out depending on how stripped it is. Otherwise, in the past I have hammered screwdrivers "into" screws *prudently* (these srewdrivers were designed to be struck if needed), then unscrewed them while keeping pressure on the screw, somtimes implementing a wrench to break the torque. You may not be able to do this since there is all that plastic.   If the best option is cutting a slot into the screw or backing it out with a specialty bit as mentioned above, and a penetrating lubricant doesn't help loosen it after dwelling for 15-30 minutes or so....you may have to freeze it loose.....   ....but hopefully it isn't siezed and it stripped from overexposure.
  4. I like pizza.
  5. I have one of their axis-assist knives. I think you'll like how fluidly the axis mechanism allows you to close the knife.
  6. They are both libertarians. They are also strong athiests from what I have heard from them and read...but I don't think they are against religious freedom at all. Not much they say surprises me. Sent from somewhere in the cosmos using magic...and bacon.
  7. I like the A2 for the money. ;)  Never got around to checking any other's out....
  8. He did have some good info...   I wouldn't fix an overgassing issue by using a heavier buffer in the future. I prefere the lightest buffer and the use of an adjustable gas block per Dolomite's advice.  With overgassing, using a heavy buffer would probably make the kick a little harder, and doesn't adress the extra crud backing into the gun.   I also don't agree with using the heaviest possible buffer. Just my preference.
  9. Symtoms from personal experience: * Harder kick * 1:00 ejection pattern * Damage to casings * Gun runs a lot dirtier, noticable metal fragments in the gunk from casings. Had a thread on this a few months ago, so for more info: http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/73914-ar-15-possibly-overgassed/?view=getnewpost
  10. It will suck for them the day someone catches them in the act...
  11. ....I do like not having to  clean as much gunk out of the gun, and it's also nice not seeing glitter all over the bolt carrier and  from fragmenting casings......
  12. More regulation. This will certainly fix all the political, social, and economic woes caused by those meddlesome freedom-loving bastards.
  13. Walter White?
  14.   Although, as someone has mentioned this is a victory for the gene pool, with above given evidence, humanity is still far from saving.
  15. iHate iAnything.   Just my opinion...   :usa:
  16. That sucks, man. I know I won't take medication unless the alternative is either death or the doctor. I had what seemed like bronchitis fow about three or four weeks around November last year, and had to work almost every day I had it, so I eventually broke down and took some mucinex since it really wasn't getting better. Hope you're not on that stuff for long.
  17. Dould be worse...could be Crack...
  18. When I was in high school (graduated in 2008), we were taught to take and pass tests. Most of the homework was nothing but exercises focusing on test material. Teacher's curriculums were based on standards, if I recall correctly: set by the government. I think this all started when I was in middle school, and became more and more severe every year. By senior year, school was a joke. When I was in college, this wasn't as much of an issue. The bigger issue was the teachers that would push an agenda on you. This wasn't as big of a deal for me, because a good chunk of my classes were online. In the classroom it was more apparent. Some legitimate questions I had posed to some professors was met with redicule rather than any serious consideration of answering said question. Another problem with college was the lack of meaningful application: more what and how, but seldom why. I quit college with an A.A.S., and I was four classes shy of a bachelors. But after putting up with all the bs involved in getting a degree, I just didn't see the value anymore. College is nothing but a business these days. The school system is nothing but sham, too. I don't care that people see me as a selfish nihilistic bastard for my views on formal education. I just think the fact that so few people see through the B.S. that comprises formal education today, that participation in society is almost disheartening. Yeah, there is a tiny chance that I "could" have gotten a subjectively "better" job if I stuck out four more classes... but that is so superficial to me, it's maddening. But for some reason, I wouldn't take the choice of going to college back. I feel like if I didn't experienfe all of that tomfoolery first hand, I'd still be a sheep that thinks the government and corporations only have people's best interest, like I was taugh in k-12. I'd probably still believe everything reported on the news was true and not manufactured. I'd probably still be walking around with blinders on as it seems so many Americans do. My entire world view and philisophical views have devoloped far beyond what I ever cared for. Some people think I'm crazy, and that makes me smile. Some people think I'm a total asshole, and that too makes me smile. I just don't see how home schooling could be any worse. Wow...that escalated quickly...sorry to anyone who wasted two minutes of their life reading that.
  19. If I can pull these all off, I may join a knife forum just for :poop: s and grins!
  20. Sheesh...if I can pull this one off, I will be one broke mofo with some nice knives!
  21. Actually, my Benchmade Mini-Barrage has a satin blade; I strongly prefer the satin finish over coated or polished...but that is just my preference.
  22. The satin blade looks great.
  23. Cool beans. For some reason, I always though the logo was just the circle with three bullet holes.
  24. Nice phone case. ...the pistol is pretty cool, too....
