  1. Tell her that you will be filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commision if she does not cease what is becoming harassment. If she calls again, do it:   http://www.fcc.gov/complaints   Usually, just the thought of filing a complaint will keep people from calling you back.   Edit, reread OP, you already know the company name.
  2.   It's about to get all 1984 up in this joint! :tinfoil:
  3.   Same legality as a DUI traffic stop. Theory is that these types of stops help enforce DL laws.   I'm mainly putting this stuff up so folks are aware that the checkpoint(s?) are only to check driver's licenses. Anything else should raise a red flag.   If anything happens outside of the checkpoint(s) purpose, just be alert, and remember what you can/should and can't/shouldn't do!
  4. http://clarksvillenow.com/local/checkpoint-planned-for-highway-79/   A friend posted this on Facebook, figured the Clarksville (and surrounding area) people may value this info if they use Highway 79 this week.   Drive safe and remember your rights!   http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/01/02/here-are-all-the-rights-you-have-when-interacting-with-a-police-officer/   http://www.roadblock.org/rights/

    $40K TV

To each their own. There is some really great technology in that TV, but I could never imagine paying that much for a TV.
  6. That is an awesome way of going about things. :hat:

    Soon...

  8. Too  bad it was :bs:
  9. That's a very precise position.... I wonder why didn't they aim so the FOV covers the entire door. Seems like if someone was to break through the locks, the camera would only capture below the waist or mid-section.........   :tinfoil:
  10. Ted likes this!
  11. Old people....
  12. Well, it's not like we have a free market anyways....
  13. They do look like some quality belts. I I like the quick buckle belts myself, and see that they make one like that. You can go to pee so fast with those, and then buckle up without re-adjusting the belt. They are magic. :usa:
  14. I can believe it.
  15. This is what happens when you get your facts from a government organization.
  16. Thanks for posting this. Not quite finished yet, but I will keep reading it later on.
  17. These are the two I usually get when I order Dominos:   1. Philly steak, jalepeno, and provolone.   2. Italian sausage, feta cheese, and white sauce instead of tomato sauce.
  18. Side charging ARs are neat. I'd like to do one eventually....
  19.   I was cutting something in my hand, not thinking. I have a small cut on my finger now. :surrender:
  20. Glad to see all the other knives are working fine. Mine is too after getting it back. :)
  21.   I am starting to believe everything this man does is gold!
  22.   I also feel the action is comparable to Benchmade's switchblades.
  23.   Those people you overheard may have issues with processing information......
  24.   A more up to date article on what is "poor" in America:   http://www.heritage.org/research/reports/2011/07/what-is-poverty?query=Air+Conditioning+Cable+TV+and+an+Xbox:+What+is+Poverty+in+the+United+States+Today
  25. Too many definitions.   As much as I don't like government work, this pdf does a decent job of summarizing the "middle class" definition problem:   http://www.commerce.gov/sites/default/files/documents/migrated/Middle%20Class%20Report.pdf   EDIT: I know this is an old article (2007), but I think it still does a great job putting "poor" in perspective for Americans:   http://www.heritage.org/research/reports/2007/08/how-poor-are-americas-poor-examining-the-plague-of-poverty-in-america   I think tend to think "middle class" is more of a talking point or image thing in this country, because even the poor people in this country are much better off than most people in the world.
