  I prefer a french press, but I usually just use a keurig because of how quick and easy it is vs. a french press.

  Glad he's ok.   A smart phone is possibly the dumbest item anyone can steal. These guys are ####ing novices. "Hey man, give me your tracking device that has an assigned IMEI that can track me anywhere I go while it's on and has an active cell tower or wifi data signal so it can track my whereabouts, and if I try to sell it to anyone, it can be tracked back to me because the IMEI will be blacklisted in all Major networks' databases."   Oh, just a heads up, have him call his carrier to see if they can track that device through either an app or the network activity. (Or both)

Photo pretty much sums up my experience. I learned to drive in ice and snow using a rwd 2.2 S10. Most of the time without weight on the rear axial. Lately I've just had bad luck driving in the rain; getting behind a lot of people that can't drive in the stuff. I fear for winter.

Just my recommendations: drink plenty of water and visit a nutritionist If possible. A "good" nutritionist will work with any of your dietary concerns and won't tell you go on a straight "low carb" or "low fat" diet. Everyone's body treats food differently, and the 2000 calorie "rule" is bogus depending on your physiology. But all in all, you must understand that nutrition science is heavily dependent on statistics and conjecture, which is why new diet fads come out as often as they do.
