  1. I finished this build back in April or May or something. Special thanks to Gordon for making my buffer less than 2 oz. I haven't ran this gun with the new Syrac gas block on it, but it has to run a little better than that cheap POS $20 adjustable gas block I had on it when I went out the range the first time. The rifle ran fine before the swap. I did modify the trigger springs to lighten up the pull, but it would not hurt if I polished the grit out of the trigger. The trigger pull is nothing to write home about, especially compared to my current project.... Anyways, if you wasted two minutes of your life taking that rot-gut excuse of a write up, you deserve a few pics to make up.
  2. Easing my way into reloading, and after cleaning up a decent amount of brass, some of it is G.F.L marked (Fiocci I guess) and found that quite a bit of the primer holes are off center. Anyone else notice this? I'm sure the brass will still work, but I have some F.C. and WIN marked brass, and haven't seen one off centered primer hole in any of those pieces.
  3. Try some heavier rounds if you get the chance. Groups "may" tighten up a bit.
  4. Update this when you get the stock on or else Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  5. Better yet, maybe a cis male lesbian "trapped" in a MAK-90's body. Pun intended. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  6. You've had too much to think. A rainbow "assault" weapon is a bit too much freedom for a mere prole to metabolize. Re-education in Room 101 may be your only salvation from becoming unpersoned. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  7. That pic doesn't do it justice without that titanium muzzle-device you made on it. ;) Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  8. Building. Some light parts are super spensive Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  9. Damn you, you stole my build! Well, mine should be a tad lighter weight. Looks good though, especially once you get that tax stamp and put a stock on it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  10. You could probably get good pressure by raising it 5 ft. But the higher the better. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  11. Any markings on the mag tub where the flashlight mount was?
  12. As far as I understand, I'm mostly West Virginian, Irish, and German, and one of my grandparent's grandma was some kind of Indian. But I was born in Murica, and generally consider myself a Human.
  13.   Mint, I used Ubuntu for a year and got tired of how bitchy it was. I know Mint is an Ubuntu shell, but it seems to run a lot better for the most part.
  14. tl;dr   I just use linux and pray for the best.

  16. Makes me want to have "The Dutch" cerakoted on my pending build if it ever gets finished.
  17.   New Jersey?
  18. I built two bare bones AR-15 with a 1:7 twist in each. Both of the people I built them for plan to use 55gr, but I recommended at least 62gr with that twist rate.   I have a 1:8 and shoot 62gr green tips. I

  23.   Yup, a quality random sample requires at least 5% of the total population in my opinion. But even then, you use one twentieth of the population to represent it and the other 95% that has not been surveyed (there are goodness of fit tests and other tools to provide fairy accurate analysis of the population, just not 100%; usually 90%, 95%, and 99%). Quality population samples of countries haven't commonly existed (The Census doesn't count as a sample, by the way).  The required time and capital is too great for most research entities to procure and delegate.   The internetis changing this, especially with "services" like Google analytics and other market research companies that get permission from websites as well as your computer to drop cookies that follow your online activity and collect data on users online activities.
  24. Next time you could always bluff that you have a dash cam in the back thay recorded him. Or you could buy a couple dashcams and go squirrel on the next person who gets excited. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
