    I have not had my Tri Care Prime changed. May be my location or something else, I am not sure.

    I am glad I have Tri Care Prime instead of having to go to VA. I actually have less out of pocket expense than if I went the VA route. Tri Care lets me deal with a PCP on a approved list and mine is a great doc.
