No. They stay in the holster. Once a week or so I remove, wipe down and inspect/check and inspect ammo then replace.

For Veterans Day, 11-11-2017, I picked up a slightly used CZ P-09 9mm. Came with box and all accessories, $436 OTD at Guns & Leather in Greenbrier Tn. (good folks). Shot it Sunday and it ran great. Carried it OWB for awhile, big pistol, 19 round mag with one in the chamber. Sorry I don't do pictures but it looks like all other black P-09s.
