  1. Rant coming on! I think the election process somehow violates me. Why not vote for the candidate and the one with the most votes wins. Why have delegates and all the other extranious BS, just one person equals one vote and the canddidate with the most votes wins. RANT OFF!

  4. Maybe they put bad signs so it does not mean anything.
  5. Just asking, I do not care who you voted for but we all need to exercise our right whenever possible. I voted, I always do. I did not always vote but it has become very important to me as I have gotten older.
  6. The bad guys seem to be getting more violent these days. Glad they got the perp and feel very sad for the family.
  7. I don't love GLOCK's! But having said that I have 2. They are my utility guns for range and carry. I think they are ugly and blocky looking but with the right holster pretty easy to carry. I have a 23 and 27 and the 23 has gone thru more than 1,000 rounds of different brands and types of ammo to include reloads and has not had one mafunction. The 27 is new and only has 200 rounds thru it with one malfunction because of ammo. Both are accurate and easy, for me, on recoil. I don't love them but they work and that is what I require.
  8. I do not believe the GAP is or will be a main stream caliber while the 40 S&W is possibly the best compromise caliber for pistols (semi auto) there is. The 40 has many loadings and platforms. The 40 is bigger than the 9mm but faster than the 45 ACP in standard loads. The 10mm takes a larger frame because of it's length and it causes problems for some folks. I like the 40 S&W and have gone to it as my only centerfire handgun caliber.
  9. I do not like the Clinton's, either Bill or Hill. But then again I don't like most politicians
  10. It's for attaching to your rifle!
  11. The 25 meter/1,000 inch zero, at the time I zeroed, put you dead on again at 250 or 275 meters. Can't remember that far back.

    I Don't Care

    I just don't give a big frogs fa#t.
  16. If I remember correctly it is about 3 1/2 feet high. Does not really matter except for the angle you fire because this determines how far the bullet will go after going through the target. It is really a 25 meter/1,000 inch distance from muzzle to target or use to be. This is from qute a few years ago.
  17. It's a heavy responsibility, carry with wisdom.
  18. I also believe it has to do with how much money you have!
  19. I like them and feel the same as most.
  20. Use some common sense to keep yourself out of trouble. Make sure to document everything but don't go overboard and start shooting deputies. Also don't let them run over you.
  21. :DCongrats and carry with pride and sense. Good for you!
  22. I would carry as much ammo and grenades as possible for combat missions and tone it down for recons.
  23. Depends on city, county, state and federal regs. The most restrictive apply.

    .40S&W vs .45ACP

I like the 40 S&W because it is a compromise. It is the only centerfire handgun round I use. The best of both worlds, size and speed. The 40 is put down, in my opinion, because it came after the 10mm not before. If it had came before and people had used it I feel it would be reguarded the same as the 38spl to 357mag but since it came after everyone calls it a weakened round.
