As long as you practice with what you carry it should not matter that much. As for a real stress situation no matter what you carry the stress will be a major factor. Know your equipment, practice and hope it never happens but be prepared.

The Marlin rifles in pistol calibers seem to be very well made. As to power the 44 mag would be my choice but 357 mag may be cheaper to shoot. Reloading is the way to go to get the most out of these rifles.

Why are some handguns marked in gun store cases for LEO only? Are they so hard to use only the police can work them? What's up with this?

Just a regular little old corn snake, ain't it? Can the JUDGE use shotgun slugs? 40 S&W, about 10 to the back of its head, I would think but only after someone else killed it!
