    If you wear jeans and it touches the brass brads they will leave a brass colored mark on the gun, it wipes off with oil. If it is a true scuff mark it is rubbing on something.

    Glocks and some other have polygonal rifling and lead bullets are not recomended for them but some have had good luck with them. Usually most folks get an aftermarket barrel with Enfield/cut rifling, what most firearms have, and go from there. You can try some lead in your Glock barrel and see how it does. Do not load anywhere near max for lead loads.
