Have you tried Longshot powder? Has lower chamber pressure. HS6 - 10.2gr - 1321 FPS - 33,600 PSI Longshot - 11.5gr - 1434 FPS - 31,900 PSI Also clean and accurate. -

If insurance is going to pay ask them, your insurance company or rep. Most will send you to a shop with a good garantee and warranty and stand behind them.

What components did you use? I have never shot lead from a Glock but have shot many reloads thru them and lead thru others. Have fun and be safe!

Taking wife to the range for the first time.. tips?

Not a Lady but one thing I have found that is nice for everyone to have at the range is a container of wet hand wipes. Helps cleans hands until you can get to a sink to do a proper wash down. Many people especially most ladies I know do not like dirty hands. Congrats of the class and may your wait be short. -

Very easy to install with a retro fit kit and wiring is almost a no brainer if the circuit is off. I did it last year and prices really hit me for the water heater and then around $130 to install. I had them (Lowe's) deliver and I installed it. Make sure the replacement is big enough and you have a good pan for the bottom and the drain is placed for easy draining. Flushing/draining once a year helps in the life of the equipment plus the buildup if allowed to stay cuts down on the amount of heated water.

Howdy and Welcome to TGO So many choices and so little money. Just go and handle as many handguns as you can, fire them if possible, Guns and Leather is a good place with rentals and range. Go with the one that makes you happy.

It keeps the firing pin from peaning itself where it hits the slide/bolt when it goes forward, may also break there over time.
