I carry mine in my wallet with my DL. I believe you may also be able to get a duplicate to have in other locations.

I have always carried with a round chambered. I feel comfortable doing so, do what mkes you feel comfortable. Remember the #1 safety is between your ears and behind your eyes. -

I like jacketed and plated best in pistols but lead bullets in some guns can be very accurate. -

Howdy and Welcome to Tennessee and TGO No premit to buy, you can carry them in your vehicle with ammo and firearms seperated/unloaded. You may also carry on your property without a permit. A permit now requires a class by a state qualified instructor, DMV visit for paperwork and picture, fingerprinting and wait on issue of Handgun Carry Permit (HCP). Class will cost different depending on where and who gives it, $115 for DMV visit and fingerprints, fingerprints are done at a non-government location, and up to 90 days for issue. Same picture for drivers license and HCP also same number. I do hope you enjoy your move to Tennessee.
