    May wish to check the extractor. Bent/bad firing pin safety spring may have had an effect on how the extractor can move.

    Fluted chamber means it has light imprinted or machined areas inside the chamber to help grab the case and hold it for a split second longer so it does not extract too soon. I also believe some older military semi/auo rifles have the same setup.

    I have a Gerber Basic Knife I like a lot. I believe it cost $35 at Wal-Mart. Good little fixed blade with polymer shealth and clip.

    I believe they have a fluted chamber and this may be the cause of some of the jamming, suppose to keep the slide from opening too soon. Had an AMT II long ago and it would never go thru a 50 round box of ammo without multiple jams.

    I have/do reloaded for Glocks in 9mm, 40S&W and 10mm. I load the rounds as long as possible. I do not load to +P but max for some powders I use. I have loaded jacketed, plated and lead for all with no problems to date.
