    Just take her out to practice shooting/gun handling/safety and shoot at the different ranges used for the class. Start with the larger targets and go down in size as she progresses. It will take some time.

    Alien Gear makes them, OWB/IWB. I also use a Don Hume 715 M no. 36 - 4 1/2" clip on IWB.
