  1. The Sphinx is possibly a better gun but the others are pretty good, the CZs are very good. None that I know of have the OEM or after market support the CZs do, this can mean a lot for some folks.
  2. Howdy John and Welcome to TGO
  3. As said basic maintenance and sharpen it when needed.
  4. You can shoot the test with anything legal and carry anything legal in Tennessee, does not have to be the same gun.
  5. Picked up a new G30S yesterday at Tennessee Gun Country. Glock Blue Label program gun. I am surprised how gentle the recoil is since it is so small. Tried the 36 but it was just too small. Fired 120 rounds of reloads with Magnus 230gr JHP and Magnus 215gr LSWC. Good loads I use in my G21. Happy with my new Glock.
  6. Howdy Tony and Welcome to TGO

  8. For plain every day use and simple maintenance and upkeep hard to beat a Glock. The Sig P320 is nice but it is a complicated design, just take the slide apart. Many with good/great triggers are quite a bit more complicated in design than the Glock. As for carry I have been carrying a G21 lately and like it. I do have a G17 and G19 carry sometimes. You really have to go with what fits you and you can use properly.
  9. As a truck gun either will work. Also check out Sar Arms for an inexpensive truck gun.
  10. For most urban scenarios I would go with shotgun with extended mag tube and handgun. Both with lots of ammo and mags for the handgun.
  11. Sorry for your loss Mr. David. I know how it feels.
  12. Used it for 9mm and 45 auto, no problems. Not the best, not the worst.

  14. Toys and more toys. Ain't life grand.
  15. Howdy Robert and Welcome to TGO
  16. Also a good cleaning may be in order. Always use the correct ammo.
  17. Wish I lived closer!

  19. Don't do dumb stuff and don't loose the ability to fly!
  20. G17, G19 and G21, all gen4's, no problems and they all run like they are suppose to.
  21. Howdy and Welcome to TGO
  22. Spent too many years trying to keep others from putting marks on and holes in my body to get a tat. Not my thing but if you like them go for it.
  23. I really like the looks and accuracy of the Magnus 215gr LSWC. I got 500 of them and reloaded them over 5.6gr of the surplus pistol powder @ 1.200" with Federal, Starline and R-P brass and Federal LPP. A very good load in my G21.
  24. Yes but may be best to call him. Take a little while for him to get back to you and usually busy on weekends.
  25. Thanks for the info folks. Stopped by local Wal-Mart and they suggested the HDMI switch, they had just one left on shelves. Thanks again for all the replies.
