  1. I'm not going to make a duplicate topic. If the mods feel like this belongs somewhere else, they can move it.
  2. I was home schooled for a greater part of my education, and I wouldnt trade that for anything. Some of the best years of my life growing up.
  3. Going to display a little of my ignorance here.   I think that I want a wartime 303, but I know very little about Enfields. Do we have a resident Enfield expert? I understand that these rifles were in use in WW1 and 2, and several countries used them like the UK/Australia, and Canada I think? I have seen a few US marked ones as well, but do not know of the rarity of those. I'm not necessarily looking for a cream of the crop kind of rifle, but I certainly do not want a ruined (sporterized) one. I also am really not interested in a import marked one like a more recent CAI/Rguns import. I just do not know what my options are or really what to look for. MK1? MK3? /shrug.   Teach me!
  4. I enjoy H2 ok enough, but History is unwatchable. Really like alot of Science Channel's programming, too. Dark Matters is good show, as well as Fringe.

  6. I had a collie growing up that thought it was great fun to dig em up a play with them before eventually (and probably accidentally) killing them.

League of legends is good, but has a pretty rough learning curve. Not as bad a one as they used to have though
  8. Holy crap.
  9. TLR 1 HL all the way. It has 630 lumens w/strobe. Only like 10 bucks more than the standard TLR1.
  10. I have, and actually was due to watching YouTube vids like this one. They made me curious to watch the real thing. Good movie.
  11. We get the not answering the phone thing alot lately. Unless I dedicate at a minimum two people to solely answer the phone there are going to be alot of calls going unanswered. That is also two people I'm pulling off the counter helping the folks that took the time to drive up and see us. We answer the phones when we can, and majority of the time either myself or my brother are standing there answering them back to back in between doing trades, buying, and talking with distribs to get the products that the calls are asking about. I mean, feel free to call, but dont get upset when the phones are already busy, or we cant get to them by the second ring.
  12. I think you can buy stripped uppers off of Brownells for around 85 bucks? Now if he ment a complete upper, $600 would be entirely reasonable.
  13. Mav,   Current dealer on an average stripped upper is $70 bucks. $600 is gouging.
  14. If it's anything like 2008, I give it another month. The bubble will burst, some manufacturers that overextended themself will go out of business, some dealers will go out of business, and there will be a whole heck of alot of folks trying to offload their panic bought rifles. The AR market will then be more or less dead for almost a year. The gun industry has been here before.   Unless Congress does something stupid.
  15. I will re-send you the PM.
  16. Excellent pistols and much like the CZ in the sense that they are often overlooked due to not having brand recognition like Glock/Sig/S&W. The FNX's were a big improvement over the P series imo, and the FNS's are striker fired like a Glock, and I can't think of a single issue we've ever had out of them.
  17. Sig is like the Microsoft of the gun world. They really do make excellent products that work and work well, but every other release they make just.. makes no sense at all, and usually bombs.
  18. I'm sorry guys, I've been wiped out by work this past few weeks. I have this weekend to rest, so I will be trying to get a few things sorted out with a couple folks here.   I feel like overall it went pretty well this year for the first time doing this. I do think I will be doing things slightly different next year. Lessons learned, and all that.
  19. Assault is the new tactical for now. This will come back and bite a lot of people I think.
  20. Really? Read up on this thread http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/55948-amazing-mother-and-two-daughters-in-desperate-need/.
  21. I'm glad you guys are getting a kick out of this!

  23. Class, DMV, Prints
  24. We do the fingerprinting as well. You will need to go to the DMV first and get registered with L1 before you will show up in the system for fingerprints, however.
  25. That's a picture that originated from 4chan back in February, I believe. It appears to be heavily photoshopped. I'd post a link to the 4chan page but 4chan is a cesspool.
