  1. So our house sold super quick, and our new house is still being built. During this time in between, we will be moving in with my inlaws. Essentially, my safe is too big so I will have to take it to my parents for the time being along with the contents inside. Because of this, I'm in need of a small safe to bring to the inlaws that would not take up much space. I would prefer it to be small, but big enough for me to bring at least 2 of my Glocks with me. Anyone have any good suggestions that they use?
  2. I second Oh Shoot with the plastic bag!

I was crawling around on the kitchen floor for 30 minutes looking for that stupid detent pin a couple of weeks ago.

I had just given up and laid down in the middle of the floor quite angry. Then I turn my head and see it right beside me. Lol. Talk about luck.
  3. Looking at getting a multi tool. Now this would be an EDC item. I'm not getting it for any one particular reason, so a well rounded tool is what I'm looking for. My one request is not a keychain size one like some I have seen online. After looking around online, the Leatherman Wave seems to be a good all around multi tool. What are you guys' suggestions?
  4. AIM has regular Anderson stripped lowers, but they also have Anderson stripped pistol designated lowers. Both are only $39.95. Was thinking of picking up a couple, and maybe building one into an AR pistol. Can I still do this with a "regular" stripped lower instead of buying one that says "pistol?"
  5. I'd go BCM to make the upper and lower match but that's just me. It would be hard for me to buy such a nice upper and then skimp on the lower. For a great cheap mil spec trigger get the ALG Defense ACT its only like $65 and its prob the best value. I had one on a spikes rifle, and if i didn't build another AR with a geissele, i would have gotten another ALG Trigger.

I did this. I got one of the BCM uppers that were on sale. I went with a BCM lower just because I wanted a matching upper and lower. Did it need it to perform just as well? No. Could have gone with a cheaper one, but just personal preference.

I also have a Spikes lower mated with a PSA upper that shots great as well.
  6. Anybody here have any experience with Radical Arms? I like their prices.

I was looking at some of their uppers earlier today. I just don't know enough about the company to pull the trigger just yet. Their prices are great though!
  7. So I'm going to convert my .223 Saiga. Thinking of getting this kit from Carolina Shooter Supply.

Or I also thought it might be a fun project to put a Slide Fire stock on :)

If I order it, anyone who has done one of these conversions before feel like helping out? I know everyone says it's super easy. Just don't trust myself quite enough. I'm willing to travel around Middle Tennessee if needed.
