  1. 3   .380 (might get phased out) 9mm .38 special
  2. Time to go buy a fresh can of bug spray
  3. They would have to kick in close to $100 bucks probably. The 28" Mav 88 sells new for $178 at Academy.
  4.  Crap, wish I'd seen this earlier today. If you come across more kits, let me know!
  5. Good video review: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAZ5EYxpl2o
  6. Picked mine up today. It's a model 10-10 and has obvious wear but the cylinders and barrel look pristine. Trigger is nice and smooth. Can't wait to take it out and shoot it!
  7. Count me out. Haven't found much at a Goodman show to justify spending $13 total just to get in.
  8. I'd rather have a house set in a cave in backwoods TN. No one to know  you are there and natural defense. But it's cool nonetheless
  9. Ordered last night and it shipped today. Should have it tomorrow or friday. Amazingly fast service, here's hoping it's as expected condition wise!
  10. Entirely possible that you found bear tracks in the Whites Creek area. Would be great to get pictures of it.   And yes as tercel said, there's tons of Armadillos west of Nashville
  11. Ordered a 4" round butt model. I've wanted an Model 10 for a LONG time and I'm very glad to see that I could get one at an acceptable price. I've seen them as high as $500 back before the recent stupidity.
  12. I'm going to have to clear some time but I'll probably be there with $ in hand
  13. If I wasn't already committed to being 2 hrs away I'd be there in a heartbeat to rescue some guns from the scrap heap.
  14. Nashville West had 5 boxes of .380 Tula and 1 box of .45 Tula. I left em all for ya. I'm done buying ammo in hopes that this crap stabilizes... (unless I buy a new gun hehe)
  15. I wouldn't even sharpen a machete or ax with a dremel. Way too hard to keep a consistent edge.
  16. The 4.0 inline 6 that Jeep made is one of the best engines ever produced IMO. Throw Rotella T oil in it (yeah I know it's for diesels) and it will run longer than you will own the vehicle. The issue with the heads that superman alludes to was an aluminum head found on 2000-2001 Cherokees, the heads were known for cracking.   The newer V6 is no slouch either, Jeep has had a good run of engines here lately.   I love my Jeeps as my screen name refers to (XJ is the body code for a Cherokee).
  17. Senator Lautenberg to introduce bill in the wake of the Boston bombings that would require a background check to buy reloading powders and blackpowder.   http://www.lautenberg.senate.gov/newsroom/record.cfm?id=341435&
  18. I'm just waiting for us to have a bomb threat at work, always seems to happen after a major even or around exam time (school building).
  19. Welcome from Bellevue!
  20. I don't go out of my way to baby my guns but they are well taken care of and typically look like a well cared for used firearm. Some wear but nothing abusive.
  21. Walmart sells Ammo?
  22. Welcome from Nashville!
  23. Pearson has a HUGE influence in TN schools. I'm a teacher and it's all around us.
  24. Outpost Armory is your best bet but like others have said you will pay a premium.
