Great guy to do business with so deal with 100% confidence - That matters especially with electronics and more complex items! -
“Mama management” is super important and completely undervalued in the safe industry. I still get a rash of negative remarks about our Browning Pro safe so out of sight out of mind isn’t just a decent layered security approach but also a win for “mama management!”

Have you considered going with two separate 300lbs-ers? If I had it to do over again, I would go with three smaller matching safes or possibly modular units so I’m not committed to one box. We are taught to diversify finances and not have all our proverbial eggs in one basket right? Why doesn’t the same apply to securing guns and valuables? As long as you have a quality heating element in the safe, I wouldn’t worry about the heat and humidity even in the South. For long term preservation, a little barricade and wool storage socks will protect your firearms 100%….at least from heat and humidity. It doesn’t take much of a temperature delta to minimize your humidity concerns. It’s a legitimate concern for sure…I’ve had zero issues with humidity but I take a layered approach…heating element, barricade, wool preservation sock.

wanted NV, Thermal, Helmet or Gun Mounted Gear

Great call…he and I have chatted. Much appreciated! -
I made all the rookie mistakes…bought too small and too cheap to start…then bought too big and massive with my Browning….had a great buying experience with the safe house in nashville though…wonderful family owned business and would pay more to give my money to a locally owned shop. If I had to do it all over again, I’d take a much different approach. While I usually like more expensive stuff as I prioritize quality over anything else, the reality is unless you are going to get a commercial grade safe, a thief that wants our stuff will get it with the right tools and intel, a safe just slows em down as they say. Now fire protection could be a different story and I’ve heard conflicting reviews and dissenting opinions on fire protection. If I had to do it all over again, I would have purchased several smaller safes that allow me to easily unbolt, move, etc. I have a massive safe expensive safe but it could only go in one place which is probably the best location for fire, the worst location for access & the least enjoyable location for yours truly…the garage! By going with 2-3 smaller safes, you get modularity, mobility and more location choices that aid your ability to conceal and have personal access to them…for cleaning, enjoying, etc. or if something goes bump in the night. Once my partners and I get out of the software industry, I’m very seriously considering a new line of products that unifies your access to a line of safes via digital, biometric or voice authentication and gives you the ability to scale up or scale down as your needs demand. This is one industry that needs real disruption!

Did you upgrade your NV rig to the latest and greatest?? I’d welcome trade options to take your gen 2+ PVS14 or last release thermal off your hands. I’d consider all price points and can add cash when needed. I’ve got plenty of gun, gear, ammo options and would pay cash for a great deal for the gear collecting dust! Mono, duals, scopes, clip ons, etc. will be considered. I’m not a fan of the sub $1K options because I will just upgrade it and have something else to liquidate! (helmets, mounts, lights, lasers, etc. are options as well)

You always have great taste, Legion. Garrett makes some of the best holsters in the industry and they pioneered leather + Kydex and flawless execution, width & weight. I own three of them for large, medium & small pistols. If you’ve never used one, you won’t be disappointed. To configure this holster would be a minimum of $150 and that doesn’t include shipping or tax. (Many vendors are charging TN sales tax even if they don’t have a store physically in the state.) 2 cents and worth as much!

No worries - lmk if something tickles your interest.

For Glock 19 gen 4, Beretta 92, 1911 Commander footprint. Advantage Arms for the G19 is most desired. Thanks for looking!

I’m looking for the one or two folks on here that took a gorgeous Browning or Henry and threaded it! (Open to any high quality lever action .22LR as long as it’s not a new or newish gun) I know this is fairly rare. I’m also looking for a classic .22LR with a Unertl scope.
