If I know me.... I'd be after that with a scalpel and as much peroxide and alcohol as I could stuff in it.... Can the doctors not lance it or something?

Grew up Baptist, can confirm collection plate. Though the potluck was seasonal. The Christmas tree and socks comment reminded me of Jim Gaffigan. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJAxRVeKnTE

Is this the same shooters that's at all of the LGS's? (from murfressboro road I think). If so, that kinda surprises me. I've always found respectable prices at his tables. In fact, every time i'm at a show, the owner always winds up talking to me for a bit.. and he doesn't know me from Adam. Plus when the sandy hook scare happened, they were selling AR's like hot cakes for retail prices. no markup... I personally think that's awesome. When I was browsing semi-auto handguns that my wife could manipulate, he actually talked to her for a bit and made her feel more comfortable about the idea of owning one. You know how it is... the wife never listens to you, but a perfect stranger tells her something and suddenly it's accurate :D

***UPDATE*** Well, someone broke into my car.

It takes months for an honest man to save and seconds for a dishonest man to steal....... criminal scum -
Damn you for posting this when I have a chest cold. I just laughed/coughed/choked all at the same time. I'll never drink coffee again.

I feel like one of the cool kids because I got to see this before it hit TGO. BigK's handywork is legit though. We whipped up a crossbreed style kydex/leather IWB holster for my USPc .45 in a matter of hours (and most of that was staining time). I learned enough that I'm pretty certain I could pull it off solo. Ever thankful for the knowledge transfer bro.

Ive gone so far as running my truck up onto my front sidewalk and sitting him in the drivers seat. He's fished in my toilet. He drew mustaches on the family that spent the night. He even built a tower out of various objects to swing on my ceiling fan..... stupid elf.

Tree goes up Thanksgiving night. Lights.... well, depends on how cold it is :) Same rule every year at my house. ***edit*** And Elf on the Shelf doesn't start for the kids until December.... made the mistake of starting it in November the first year.. you start running out of ideas real quick....

I don't know about you guys but I don't know if I'm more impressed by Maggie toting that Mosin.... or disappointed that Glen has the fancy AR while his wife packs the behemoth. Frankly though, I think I trust her aim more than his :D

That's the beauty of the platform. You can play dress up for days!

I was on facebook for a short stint. My list for quitting was anything but short 1.)Too many stupid opinions/political views. I lack the discipline to overlook it...... 2.)I don't care what you had for lunch 3.)You don't have to say TGIF every Friday 4.)I do not want to play mafia wars 5.)I do not care which sex in the city girl you're most like 6.)I don't want to change my security settings over and over in order for you to NOT give away my info 7.)You're probably giving away my info anyways..... 8.)I had over 200 friends.... 5 of which I spoke to on a regular basis.

Would you believe Stratocaster?

Almost sounds like you're running antivirus/malware scanners that are interfering with the browsers Just for the sake of trying, launch IE in safe mode and see if it works: http://www.dell.com/support/Article/us/en/19/621166/en You might also try booting into safe mode with networking to see if loads: http://www.7tutorials.com/5-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-8-windows-81 or if you're on win 7 and below http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7 if it loads, then it's a matter of tracking down what's blocking it. You might also try adding a new user profile and see if it's having the same issue. *edit* Are you running any software like Adblock plus or Disconnect.me?

Well, part of it is the American diet. Cheap food here is death... everything's fried. So even eating off the dollar menu, you can balloon up. Plus they are likely idle. McFatwich and the couch make for lots of lardos. I've never researched it but I would like to see the EBT/food stamp restrictions. I know when I went to get finger printed for HCP, there was a woman sitting in the waiting area talking on her cell phone. She told the other person that her food stamps had come in, that she didn't need all of it and offered to give part of them to whomever she was talking too. That's mind blowing.....

awesome selection. What sights are you going to use for the VP9?

This is one of my favorites: Lieutenant Colonel John Malcolm Fleming Curchill "Mad Jack" fought through WWII carrying a longbow and a Scottish broadsword. He is accredited as the only British soldier with a confirmed longbow kill. His motto was "any officer who goes into action without his sword is improperly dressed". http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2591552/World-War-2-hero-Mad-Jack-Churchill-named-one-worlds-greatest-adventurers.html

Corgi, because they look good in a tie -
They forgot the "One-Upper" guy. He loud talks, even during cold. He makes sure everyone can hear how good his guns are and how well he can use them.

Don't feel alone OP. My garage is so jam packed with stuff that I can't even get to my workbench. I even have a nice kobalt stool.... that I've NEVER sat on. Hell, when i refinished my Mosin, I sat on the living room floor with a Rubbermaid bin full of soapy water and an iron to pull the cosmoline out of the wood......

Looks like at least one went through the drivers side window.

http://www.wistv.com/clip/10620673/warning-graphic-dash-cam-video-released-in-trooper-involved-shooting So he pulls the guy over for a seatbelt violation. fine. He gets out of the car and tells him to get his wallet. fine The guy darts into his car somewhat quickly.... So there's always that argument of "I would have done this, or that". Things happen in the spur of the moment, I get that. But this trooper had no justification to shoot the guy. Especially not shots 3 and 4 which occurred with his hands up in the air. I understand there's a lot of risk involved with being LEO. I believe I would have drawn as well in this case. I don't believe however that I would have taken a sprint around the car and opened up on a guy without having seen a gun first. Maybe fallen back behind my cruiser. Who knows. This just escalated way too fast. Luckily his aim is as bad as his judgement and the guy lived with no serious injury. He seemed to take being shot as well as you can I suppose. For the record, they've let the officer go and he's up on charges. Oh.. and if this is a repost, I apologize.
