  1. Wait, when did you move to Atlanta?? I leave the forum for 5 minutes and this is the kind of stuff that goes on.... I can't leave the kids to mind yourself for a few minutes without trouble... when your mother gets home we're going to have a discussion about your attitude mister..
  2.   That or the humane society will likely be on my list. I would prefer to meet and approve him a good owner however, which is why I came here first because it's a good community.
  3. Denial that you have a problem is always the first sign of addiction.    Hoppe's as perfume is next.....
  4. I got an invite to a vendor event which includes watching the new movie for free on opening day, so there better not be :)
  5.   Thank you, I understand how that goes.
  6. After losing our family Shelty of 14 years, we took a long break in his honor. After about a year we decided that we were going to get a rescue dog. After an exhaustive search I found Dodger at a humane shelter in Sparta TN as a 6 week old puppy. He was lost to us in transit for a few days when the shelter sent him to the Nashville Humane Society. After annoying every employee there, they finally decided to let me know when he was going to be released from getting neutered. I picked him up the next day and how grateful we were to have him. He's loving, playful and active. He's 5 months old now and we've learned some lessons. 1.) He's way more active than we are and that's not fair to him. See, we're "on the go" types and that's to work, scouts, baseball, basketball, dance, etc. We had grown so accustomed to our previous lapdog that it was easy to overlook how much he needed to run. We have plans to buy a new home soon but that's not until early next year, so we currently don't have a fenced yard. Leashing him is fruitless, he just sits and barks. 2.) Since he was part corgi and had tiny paws, we presumed he would be little. He's not enormous by any means but much larger than we expected. 3.) Potty training has been difficult for us. We're gone so often that by the time we get home we're running out the door with him peeing on the way... We really love him but I feel like he's missing something we can't provide right now. We really have given it a lot of thought and came to the conclusion that we want to seek a better home for him. Trust me, I have 2 children and I've had to have the talk with them about it.... so I've definitely thought it out. He's fully up to date on his shots. We regulate his diet, he gets Purina One twice a day, 2 cups, he's never even been fed table scraps. He's also crate trained. If we give him a treat, he runs right back into his crate to enjoy it. That being said, we're looking for a loving individual or family who would want to romp and play with is energetic guy. For the record, by energetic I don't mean he's crazy... but he IS part Shepard, so things like fetch and wrestling are right up his alley. This is Dodger about a month ago taking a nap with me The eyebrows and big Corgi ears crack me up.
  7.   I had already decided to buy an aimpoint for the pistol i'm building. I guess this whole deal reinforces it.
  8.   Right and the resale value on my device probably just dropped like a rock.
  9. I have a 512 on my rifle, no complaints.... but then again I'm not humping it through a desert.
  10. yeah yeah   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPagtGNtD04
  11. wait, that link takes you to another link that talks about a former pornstar who also wears a strainer.... so this became this and did this sigh,
  12.  or at the very least.. a throw rug.
  13.   Yeah I still have no idea what they were trying to convey with Sasha and Abraham. I get that they must feel a the end of their rope and it seems to be an uneasy partnership. But if you listen to the last few sentences it almost sounded like Abraham wanted to hook up with her. I cant quote it but he made some comment about wanting to get to know her a lot better but she comments back about how he needs to handle something else. Rosa? (is that her name?) Did I just hear Big Red 1 tell Sasha he's looking to smash? What gives?   I'm so confused. I think I need an adult....
  14. I'm not caught up on the conversation here, but I watched Sunday's episode last night. Who wrote the dialogue between Sasha and Abraham???? It was so bad that I felt like I was watching Bad Lip Reading.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jR4lLJu_-wE
  15. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=nZSIbutV8w8   Sounds like some pretty heavy stuff     *edit*   There's a live thread on reddit if you're the type that likes to keep up with unfolding situations   https://www.reddit.com/live/vwwmqtrc17ul   From the sounds of it, "Eagles of Death Metal" (an American band by the guy from Queens of the Stone Age) may be part of the hostage group.
  16.   I can only hope they told him how the entire story wraps up, including the additional films they'll likely make.   This to me would be the equivalent of passing away before George RR Martin finishes A Song of Ice and Fire... I will come back to haunt him....
  17.   Depending on the gig, I'll throw my hat in that ring as well. :)
  18.   Right? Not only were they in view but they were exposing like 95% of themselves above the wall. You would think they should at least sit down for fear of stumbling and falling over the wall.
  19. That reminds me, I need to get mine on the Jeep. I'll do that today
  20. This cracked me up. It's the George Lucas version of the trailer   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v93Jh6JNBng
  21. In response to the topic update:   BigK, If I'm not mistaken, wasn't it Midway who we ordered that Remington M22 ammo from and then suddenly it was on backorder and they didn't fulfill it for several months? Granted 22 was in shortage but they still oversold.
  22. The trouble with TWD and theory is that it's waaaaay to easy to overthink it. The writing really isn't that clever tbh. Honestly, despite the fact that I liked his character, I hope he's dead. In such a huge dog pile of zombies that bite everything, there's almost no chance that his leg or something wouldn't get bitten.   Maybe like Rick finding that magical M1 Abrams underbelly hatch (yes I know they used Chieftans not Abrams) he will suddenly fall into a manhole cover beneath him. :D
  23.   Yeah but John can warg out, Glenn just goes squish.
  24. Lies. I heard "aloha snackbar!" *kaboom*
