... ... but the people they are petitioning are the people that gave them the guns in the first place, or did we already forget about fast and furious? and whatever debacle of a scheme the Bush administration also tried with the same results.

... and as was expected ... nothing new from the idiot in charge ... just more anti second amendment group think from and for the libtards who, in the pursuit of disarming law abiding citizens, stand on the graves of those killed in tragedy to push an agenda against the freedoms granted to me by the Constitution they so despise

I also noticed that the gun was improperly stored without some sort of safety device like a trigger lock. the thief could turn them in for that! i imagine there's a gun safe, a mag safe, and an ammo safe.

those have always been a touch pricey ... but this one must have been made out of gold!?!

i bet this turns them on just as much as looking at all the digits on the debt clock

made possible thanks to burdening legislation sponsored by Diane Feinstein, Andrew Cuomo, and rammed down your throat by executive order of President Obama

mine is set up with ergo grip tri-rail, a vertical forgrip, and TLR-1 with back door switch that allows for remote pressure plate. i have the wire for the plate running between the railing and the plate mounted to the foregrip. pic below. this set-up works fairly well to me. i go back and forth on the vertical grip ... but if i take it off the wire for the pressure plate runs pretty easily through the railing and can mount wherever i want onto it pretty easily. i know the tlr-1 isn't the brightest or flashiest light out there, but gives me good lighting for the distances i'm realistically going to need in the house. also, doesn't weigh a whole compared to other lights that are available. got mine sometime last year when midway ran a sale on them and it was pretty cheap too! http://ergogrips.net/products/shotgun-accessories/ergo-trirail-forend-mossberg-500-590-short.html

I agree about the mobile site. Not that great but does ok. The app is def a no go. My iPad runs the full site really well though. Never had a problem with it. -
Two on trial for selling guns without a license
npgunner replied to billyscott's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Doesn't sound like a "hobby" to me. Also ... selling from a private collection of 300 guns vs. buying 300 guns at a gun show and reselling them are entirely two different things. -
This Isn't the Petition Response You're Looking For

Even NASA gets that it's better to let private firms do the work instead of the government Also ... does anyone know if that robot has a Martian laser permit? -
It seems the ban is already in effect

The best economic stimulus plan they've had yet ... -
I think the problem is they've banned all forums greater than 10 posts ... taking some time for the ATF to process the paperwork to approve and register anything with more posts

my understanding is that you can only entrust a certain amount of value to protect it this way (although i believe it may be a somewhat sizeable value, at least to what my checkin account is used to seeing). i'm not sure of what the amount is, but i know you can't protect an infinite amount of funds this way. they want it all, and they will legislate themself a way to get what they want

remains unverified ... but the rover should stream back conclusive proof either way soon

Dolomite, you could not have said it better. Here's an interesting story ... I work in Atlanta GA (maintain my residence in TN) at the major inner city county hospital. One day on my way into work, I was approached by a bum who had a "deal" he wanted to offer me. He suggested that I purchase his EBT card from him with cash. The "deal" part of it for me was that he only wanted 50% of the cards value in $. I could use the card to purchase my groceries (since I would need groceries, he said) and he would use the money "purchase things the EBT couldn't." I kindly, and later more forcefully when he persisted, refused to make the purchase and told him to put his seemingly entrepreneurial spirit to better uses by finding or creating a job. He didn't like the idea, saying "why would I work and pay taxes, when the cash I get this way is tax free?" I'm sure many others have stories like this, and there are plenty of other instances of abuse, but the ID requirement would help THIS problem a lot (selling for cash to get 'whatever'). Anyways, was my first run-in like this so I thought I would share.

I'm sorry that Uncle Sam going broke may impact you personally. For those of us who work in the private sector, if our employer goes broke, then we loose our jobs (well, with the exception of the auto and banking industry). Our employer doesn't turn a profit, or increase his revenue, we don't see a compensation increase. These concepts should apply to those working in the Government also. Any government employee can leave there job and find a private sector job just as I can change from employer to employer should the terms of my employment not suit my needs. So ... if slimming down the governments payroll means people loosing jobs, so be it. There are people out there creating jobs for hard workers, or even better, start a business and create some jobs for others! Also, trimming the abuse out of the entitlements should help also. Showing ID to see the new hit rated-R movie, but not to vote, or pick up food stamps is completely moronic.

Los Angeles to offer groceries for guns???
npgunner replied to GoneBallistic's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Here's a solution: 1. California (and the East Coast) can float away into the Pacific Ocean. Eventually they will funnel into the Pacific Ocean garbage patch and can clean it up while they're out there. That will make them happy. 2. The upper north east can float away to Europe. That's where they all want to live anyway ... so they will be happy. 3. The rest of us can stay here happy knowing that most of the 'problem' (still haven't dealt with the Chicago problem but ...) people have gone and our freedoms are secure -
Los Angeles to offer groceries for guns???
npgunner replied to GoneBallistic's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
No, you're right about everything you said. But I figure if LA can take the guns "no questions asked" (let's be real ... meaning: illegal), then I'll hand out 'free' higher value gift cards, and not ask questions about the gun that magically appeared in my back seat. :woohoo: -
Los Angeles to offer groceries for guns???

I'm gonna sit across the street and offer $200 / $300 cash money for the same thing the government gives less in gift cards for! -
Two thumbs up for taking the dive AND getting all these "chronically unemployed" of the government paycheck. If we crash hard enough maybe it will shake some if these long-term power hungry politicians out of there seats and we can vote in some fresh faces with fresh ideas on how to run the place (although, not super hopeful considering November's results). Tired of the same-ol same-ol malarkey that's been tried for so long now. What Americans need to start hearing is the word "No" from Uncle Sam.

I have Tru-Glo TFO 3 green dot on all of my Glocks. Highly recommend these sights. One of the tubes fell out while shooting once and was replaced by TG without much hassle, so thumbs up for customer service from them also.
