Found this link for a place that makes these ... they also make some other cool pieces. Price from the website is ~$300. They say they'll even use cases from your gun or custom calibers if you want. http://www.oldeworldcollectibles.com/products/Bullet%20set%20.223.html

Looks like Magpul will be moving
npgunner replied to TripleDigitRide's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Crack is whack y'all. I once had a patient who ground up a common blood pressure medicine and sold it as crack on the street. He said he figured out that if the dosage was high enough people felt "high" because their brain wasn't getting a high enough blood pressure. He had some how or another gotten a ton of scripts for the stuff and filled at Publix because its free. If nothing else it's at least a bum with an imagination. ... in other news; he was "my" patient because he was in the ICU after someone beat the snot out of him. Presumably because they found out ... -

Thanks. And wow, there are a bunch of these on amazon. I'll probably be getting a few since I'm new to the whole survival / prep thing. -

The LAPD deserve to go bankrupt over this as far as I'm concerned. -

Ouch ... I didn't realize that had happened but yea ... I'd say you've been made. Likely to get the San Fran / Seattle / Colorado crowd if you're an outdoor town. :( -

Seems they've already found us ... we have whole foods, the contributor, a new convention center we arguably didn't need (and unarguably can't afford), and a Hollywood TV show about Nashville. The libs are here and sadly, I fear, more are on the way. The CA bunch seems to have got Nashville. The Detroit bunch got Memphis. Who's calling dibs on Chatt or Knoxville?!? -
Welcome ... and you may be surprised to learn there are quite a number of JB supporters on here ... haha. Jk.

And there's an emoticon if I just type in the typical letters for a sad face. But I don't get the fun ones ...

Is there a free version of tapatalk? If not, what are the opinions on using it? Good? Bad? I typically browse through the mobile site on my Safari iPhone 5 browser and don't have any problems. No emoticons though :( Would consider purchasing if y'all thought it was worth it

Whenever possible make BG's clean up their own blood

This made me a laugh and feel good inside. -
Same for me times a couple of games over a few seasons. They usually look in the wife's purse if she brings it, but otherwise no searches of any type.

You can email or call and tell them you want to be on the DO NOT PROMOTE list and significantly reduce the junk. In the big scheme of things it's really a small act to do to support the biggest and most effective group that fights for your 2A rights. ... or you can avoid the emails, not join, and you personally can do the amount of work the NRA does for the 2A. If offered the choice, I'll take junk mail and guns over no junk mail and no guns. But maybe it'll all work its self out and the conservatives will win without really standing up for a fight ... everyone remembers how well that strategy worked out in November yea?

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/03/12/animal-torture-abuse-called-regular-practice-within-federal-wildlife-agency/ In short: USDA sub-department "wildlife service" or "wildlife management" tasked with the safety of farm animals, as well as keeping wildlife from interferring with airport operation guilty of animal abuse. Use steel leg snares to capture animals (in this story ... coyotes) and then allow attack dogs to kill the animals. Was brought to the attention by a former employee and verified with pictures from a FB account of an employee. I don't farm, and have never been a farmer. But I do like animals, and even the annoying / mean ones deserve better than this. If it's determined these animals deserve to die, then let's do it humanely. There's no need to let attack dogs circle a trapped predator and torture/abuse it to death ... while the federal employees laugh and videotape for their own pleasure. They (the .gov) are getting completely out of hand on so many levels. The one time I think I might agree with some of PETA's "issues" would be this ...

haven't read the entire thread so ... sorry if I'm duplicating ... I don't personally like to trade stuff, I just like to add to my collection, but I think a lot of people probably have the "stable" collection they won't get rid of, and then those that are interesting, but just want to try another gun out. I myself know that I own quite a "boring" selection of guns (glocks, ar-15, and a shot gun). I wouldn't let any of them go, but if I ever bought a peice just because it was interesting, I'd probably be up for trading for something equally as interesting, just to see what it was like. It's a way to try out other guns before you invest your cold hard cash into them; especially runs most ranges won't have up for a rental.

Thanks for it all. Including the shall not be infringed stickers which I just got in the mail today!

**Heads up** Cabela's has .40 S&W and 7.62x51
npgunner replied to GoneBallistic's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
Seems a little high for the .40 ... I just checked and I have a box of 50 with a "14.99" sticker on it. Not sure when it where it was bought though ... -

Haha. High cap soda. Funny, hasn't heard that before. I'm glad this happened and that it was a NY court that did it.

Welcome! I live in Hermitage (east side) and is roughly 20-30 minutes from anywhere in Nashville depending on traffic On a good day I can make to the West side in right at 30 minutes. I like that side. Not the best schools in Nashville. You could certainly find a nice 1 bedroom with plenty of room for $800. You'd be close-ish to a couple decent gun stores also but nothing really close. Good shopping and food are easy to access here also.

Conn. Senator Demands NASCAR Drop NRA Sponsership
npgunner replied to Moped's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I bet there will always be plenty of smoking, guns, booze, large sodas, and pretty women involved with NASCAR. No matter what the libs say. In the spirit of the honey badger: "NASCAR don't care; NASCAR don't give a sh*t." -

Can you post some more info on these guides? Hard to tell specifics from pics if trying to order. Thanks for the heads up about them, look like good guides and the waterproof will be helpful
