When I first started reading this I though this was really bad judgment until I saw this was something in his past from almost 30 years ago.    Based on that it's a good ruling.   If you are not currently a mental risk and there is no indication you will become one then there is no reason to prevent you from owning a gun.   I'm sure the media will jump on this and only report the first part of this story and forget to include the background.

  It's only appeal is that it's the forbidden fruit.   It's not really that much better or worse than cigars made elsewhere.

It will make a killing if they release it on Blue-Ray.   I know I would buy it just as double middle fingers to North Korea.

If there was only a way to avoid this. Oh wait, there is. Don't break the law.

  This is what I do with my shop.  It seemed like the best source of heat that had the least chance of creating a fire that would set off a lot of powder.

If we still had Kroger in Chattanooga I would shop there just to go against the boycott.  :)

I couldn't get the time of day at either. At the Valdosta one they flat out fold me they I could come back with a Georgia shirt and get better service. On they way out the manager asked us how our visit was. I gave him an ear full and he could have cared less.

Who wants to bet that they try and use this event as a basis for trying to grab the remaining guns in public hands.

I don't get why everyone is so upset over this especially the anti-Obama crowd.  I would think that if you were anti-Obama this kind of stuff wouldn't bother you.

Apparently his daughter needs a dose of TV drama.  I just saw her on Dr. Phil as I was flipping channels.  

    People tell me all the time I've just got to get on Facebook so I can catch up with friends I've not talked to in years.   I keep telling them if I haven't talked to them in years there is probably a pretty good reason.   

Chattanooga is the same way.    Just about anything you want in any amount you want except for .22.   Not one single round of .22 was in the store Wednesday night.

They have several hundred boxes (50) of copper and match Aguila as if 7pm today. It's the more expensive stuff but if you have a gun that likes it they have plenty.

  I've not been there since the mid 90s because of the idiot Ranger that was there at the time.     I had been up there shooting with some friends alongside some other people that were not with us.   One of the guys in the other group was shooting an AK for the first time and the gun go away from him.   He sent a 2-3 rounds down range but above the backstop before his friend could take control of the gun.  About 15 minutes after the other guys left we were packing up when the ranger came down and proceeded to chew us a new one because the rounds had made it to the front yard of his trailer that he said was about 250 yards down range.    We explained to him what happened and he told us how he didn't care, blah blah blah, we were responsible for the other party.   I left thinking what kind of complete idiot would live in a trailer 250 yards directly down range and never went back again.

We has have a phone I our NOC that's is used only for reverse prank calls. The game is see who can keep the caller on the phone the longest. I've got the record so far at just over an hour and a half if it wasn't time to go home I could have kept it going for hours.

I have a friend who is raising a grandson that's had some problems. He is 14 and been kicked out of several schools for taking a knife to school with the intent to do harm. He is at his wits end trying to get help. He said the gipun question has come up a lot and given the kids history I can understand the concern. He isn't a gun owner so it's a nonissue. He just says gun are not for him but he has no problems with others owning one.
