  I am surprised we don't read about more ATF youtube raids.   There is a ton of stuff on youtube that can't be legal.

  They stay out of trouble because they always work with someone who has the proper licenses to blow stuff up.   In FPSRussia's case they were investigating explosives and not guns or NFA items.  I guess they lack the proper license for the explosives in their videos.

  For every one post here that there is ammo at retailer X there is probably 100 posts on another 100 forums so it's selling quick once the word gets out.

  There was plenty of things to do between matches plus it was nice to make new friends who enjoy shooting.  I went with a couple of friends Saturday.  One had shot IDPA once before last year sometime and the rest of us had never been to an event.  All three of us had a great time and I think there will be 5 of us next month (two more newbies).

I won't pay more than about 10% above "Normal" pricing for ammo or guns.  I am at the point in my "Gun Life" that anything I buy is because I think it's cool or because it's something I want to try out.  I've got plenty of ammo or supplies to make ammo to sustain my shooting habits for quite some time.  This is why I refuse to pay anything beyond 10% above normal IF I buy it at all.   I've passed on AR15s at Sportsman's Warehouse for about a month because they have not had the exact Colt I want for some time.  I am willing to wait until they get the one I want so in the meantime I'll let the next guy (hopefully not a gouger) get that Bushmaster they want. 

  Something tells me there is more to this story than we are being told.  Something like there is an ongoing custody battle or revenge....

A tactical reload vs a reload on empty isn't going to make that big of a difference since that's something a criminal can do as well.  The only real problem that I have with the video is that he shot at a slower pace during the 2x15 string than he did on the 3x10 and 5x6 strings.  Her strings were closer to the same speed so to me that levels things out.   Either way you look at it 2x15 is only slightly faster than the 3x10 and 5x6 strings to the point where it makes no difference.   Honestly the only way you could possibly slow someone down would be to render the gun so that it becomes a single shot gun that can't accept a magazine which is completely impractical. 

This is a lot like spam.  Somewhere there is a dumb ass that's buying over inflated ammo.  As long as these dumb asses continue to buy the over prices ammo there will be people who will continue to buy it up and jack up the price.   When people stop paying high prices the problem will fix it's self just like when people stop buying the crap spammers are peddling the spam will stop.

I picked up some .40 Monday at 12:47 and they still had quite a bit of 22lr left.  I have plenty of 22 so I left some for the next guy.  They also had 10 Bushmaster ARs in stock at the time I was checking out.

  A private company can pretty much do anything they want to with the flag in front of their building.

"Why all the support for a gun offender registry???"   I am confused as to anyone would have a problem with this one.  If you are a lawful gun owner this should have no effect on you what so ever.

I'll 2nd this.  This is why I will continue to stop more than once a week when I am nearby to see what they have in stock and buy as I find what I need.  

  .223 is to 5.56 as .38 is to .357 or 44 special is to 44 mag.  

Recently Bill said that we should give up our guns. When Jeff asked him if he was going to bring in his guns to give up he declined.

Limits is what makes me a loyal customer. I've spent a lot a money at Sportsman Warehouse lately because they are trying to make an effort to combat scalpers. They can't stop them all but they at least try.
