  1. That sounds awesome! ! Y'all will have a great time making them some permanent memories.
  2. This ^^^   Sadly the days where I trust strangers even enough to borrow my phone are long gone. Very few people don't have phones these days, and my neighbors generally have the same people over all the time. A stranger would be talked to as such and as far as coming in the house uninvited, I guess I'll say, hopefully my dog stops them before he gets all the way in, for all our sakes. I'd just assume call the cops to help this person in need of assistance out.
  3. Thanks y'all! It's been fun keeping the thread updated. I wish I could remember all the funny stuff he does to tell everyone. He just did a helicopter spin off the couch over Jake, had me rolling! On a side note, I need to post a picture of our newly adopted puppy. (I know, another one LOL) My wife and daughter were driving home about 2 weeks ago and looked in the ditch beside them at the stop sign at what looked like a stuffed toy caked in mud. Well they weren't going to take the chance that it wasn't so they pulled over and it was this little 3 pound puppy, and she was alive, but not moving. Needless to say, it broke their hearts as they ran her into the Dollar General and asked to use the bathroom to wash her off. She was absolutely covered in mud! They assumed she'd been hit and was probably dying. My wife called me and said she thought she may have found a baby coyote or fox. Being soaking wet and scrawny, that's exactly what she looked like. She washed her off, bought some canned dog food and by the time I got home, she'd bloated herself with the whole can. The next day she was hopping around and eating like crazy. A couple of days later she took the puppy to the vet to find out she was 90-95% blind. We'd wondered because she would look towards us but never at us when we'd talk. We were not looking for another dog as the three we have are plenty rambunctious in one house, but figured it would be hard to find someone looking for a blind puppy. So, we are keeping her. She is not a fox, and not a coyote, but she is ours and the other dogs love her like we do. She does amazing using shadows and her ears for getting around. Her name is Ruby Belle and I'll post up a picture of her in a few minutes if she'll quit whoopin up on these boy dogs for a minute :) Here she is, several pounds heavier and happy as can be, non fox-ish or coyote-ish, but oh so cute-ish! Possibly German Shepard or Lab mix according to the vet? Her lil ears touch over her head, so I'm not sure what she is, but she is dang cute! Any thoughts on what y'all think she might be?
  4. Thanks Dave! He cracks me up every day, with his funny head tilting when I make a fart sound with my mouth "Vrrrrrt!", to his flying through the house jumping completely over the dog that used to whoop the tar out of him when he was 5 pounds. (I think he is just taunting him) LMAO!
  5. LMAO! Now that's PSA service right there! You really did a great job on the punisher mag. How did you come up with the outline? A sticker?
  6. Yeah, mostly I see close to 100 for rear and around 75 for front. They also have front and rear MBUS (polymer) for $71 (I believe that's right)
  7. Looks awesome Luke. I dropped off 10 Pmags in your truck this morning, when will they be ready?
  8. My wife get's mad when I say "Honey, Roman dug up a nasty ole mole and it's laying in the yard with him!" She walks out and sees Fuzzer (the cat's name) and smacks me in the back of the head, which in turn leads to my daughter slapping me just because Mommy did LMAO! But they really do like each other, Fuzzer will rub his head on Roman's, step back and swat him, then rub on him again. I just watch like, is this really happening? HA HA I'd much rather them be buddies, I really was worried about how that would turn out when Roman got older. But he will actually lay on his belly sometimes when the cat comes up to him so I guess they are brother's too. I keep telling him not to be a sissy, but the alternative would be what I didn't want to happen so I just laugh and am happy they love each other.
  9. He doesn't mind it, but he has the "Look! Squirrel!" mentality. So I enjoy the minute or so of cuddling while I can before he sees his brothers or my daughter and jumps down. A neighborhood cat hangs out on our front porch a lot, and he and Roman have become buds. When Roman started getting bigger, I hoped I wasn't going to go out one day and find him whooping that cat (or vise versa). But to this day, we will walk out and they are laying beside each other in the grass like they are getting sun tans  See?
  10. Good thing is, that's easy, hard to mess up. I'll echo MacGyver and can't wait to see it complete!
  11. Well, here's my big ole boy Roman! He is doing GREAT! From a few weeks ago: From this weekend:
  12. Good lookin pups!!
  13. Cheapest I've seen these yet if y'all have been wanting to try them out.   http://vfgunrunners.net/index.php/magpul-mbus-pro-sight-set.html
  14. HEY! You said you wouldn't say anything!    But seriously, yes. With all the fingers on the bang switch I see, the muzzle sweeps, and stumbling back to the table, I might just be by myself when the zombies come!
  15. I'm pretty plain in all aspects including food. Pizza for me is bacon, pepperoni, and sausage.
  16. LMAO!
  17. Nice! Thanks for the heads up for whoever needs it, or like in my case, has the money to get it :)
  18. Ouch, that is nasty!
  19. Awesome pics!
  20. Good shoot'n! I ordered an upper from Radical Firearms Friday. Can't wait to put it on the Spike's lower I just built. I'll have to check out the flip up sights you mentioned.
  21. I thought that too, but I think it's the corner of a rug in the background
  22. Welcome to TGO!
  23. Sweet new rifle! Congrats
  24. I don't know, but one thing's for sure: It's being adjusted daily. I'm only 41 but I remember when I graduated I thought my Uncle was rich because he made $10/hr (small country town). I also remember thinking only a decade ago that someone making $50k/year didn't have a whole lot to worry about money wise. I believe the classes are dropping faster than most people realize. Unless someone doesn't go shopping or pay bills, I don't know how they don't see how broke they are.
