  1. Which is exactly what these pranksters should worry about these days. They could happen to not run into the average TGO member that would love to just cuss them out and explain what bad could have happened. They could run into Janquale or Julio Montego Rivera Rodriguez who have a $10,000 paint job and $4,000 rims and "pop a cap in dat azz" over an egg! I mean seriously, look how many people get ran off the road or shot over "who was in the fast lane first" issues. I hope those kids never run into anyone with that aggression and disregard for human life. Also glad it didn't hit you through the window and put your eye out.
  2. PSA has their blem uppers on sale again for $39. Jump on it, they don't last long and I have yet to find one of the "blemishes".   http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/catalog/product/view/id/10219/?utm_source=Stripped+Blemished+Uppers+%2439.99+%7C+Complete+AR-15+Lowers+%24129.99&utm_campaign=Constant+Contact&utm_medium=email
  3. Hi and welcome to TN and TGO!
  4. Very true! But not having her apron would take away some of the sex appeal
  5. That is a very good looking knife! Congrats! !
  6. That sounds like a dang fine hunt right there! I'm pumped about opening day of bow obviously, but I also have my new Rem 700 .308 to introduce to the woods this year too. Gonna be a great deer season!
  7. Lmao! Didn't even catch that (on my phone). But you're right, they look full! I've seen quite a few fawns in the wooded area in my neighborhood. I love seeing those cute lil things wobbling and bouncing around.
  8. I've known him for over ten years and even took a class through APPS as well. He had a different approach stance wise for shooting and I'm all for that IF the new - to - guns people are going to PRACTICE that way. I'd rather someone learn the basics thoroughly, and then some more, before trying non - standard practices. My .02
  9. Anytime! How high is your camera there?
  10. There was a nice wide buck on there with a smaller buck eating out of the tube. He looked nice at first from the side, then he turned toward the camera and BAM! Nice freaking rack! This really gets me pumped up....more than I already have been since 4 the 3 month before deer season thread started
  11. +1
  12. ^^^^ MMMM BACON!!!
  13. There were 6 bucks and 2 does when I first turned it on. I about fell outta my chair!
  14. I'll do good to work the camera and move the pictures to my laptop    Hey, it's one day closer to opening day Batman <-----jumping up and down!
  15. HOLY HELL Look on the camera now!
  16. Smyrna Academy has had a plethora of 9mm for as long as I can remember.
  17. Could have! Also makes me think that if there was a bigger, smarter buck behind the one on your camera. He will remember the bad ju-ju and may not ever come back to that spot. I can't wait to try it out, I would have NEVER thought to hang a camera at 6 feet! But after seeing that video, knowing that didn't come up with it after a month of research, but years of footage? Yep, I'll try it. Plus, the proof was in the video on the cameras.
  18. LMAO! I'd go with 28 rounds short and buy more ammo!
  19. I think a small wedge behind the top of the camera to aim in more towards the ground would work to keep from only capturing squirrels on the tree in front of you. But it was amazing to see how the deer (especially the bucks!) got spooked even by a dead camera.
  20. What the hell difference would it make? They know 99% of those shots in Cali are fired off in the hood, how about they start there now? They aren't doing anything to stop it, so how is the alert "Shots fired in Compton" going to help? SMDH!
  21. Sneaks up quick every year. Yeah, I hope you don't have the same attackers after you like last year too!
  22. Since when is there such a problem as "too much ammo"?
  23. I found this video this evening. Thought y'all might find it interesting, basically studied the differences in how high you hang your game camera and the deer response. It's about 15 minutes or so but worth the watch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVQUSR5BdIk&list=UUz-wWQIM_q2tII_kGHBYaGg
  24. I sure hope so! The cool weather last week got me hopeful of that even though I knew we had more hot days coming. A feller can dream right? I'll be happy if we can at least have cooler mornings than last year for beginning of bow season.
