I would expect the Shield to be there, along with the Glock 19/23 and they were both at the top. A lot of nice choices there. I also like the SR9c a lot and it made it. As far as the XD line, I've never owned one, don't care for the looks of them, but they are pretty popular and apparently nice quality.

  This ^^^^ Also, there are a ton of boats that will give your tours along the beach. Not just for the sand, but informational about the military ships and historic background on them. There is also one that is a huge speedboat that flies! It spins and splashes water so don't have your cell phone out :)

Glad it worked out. Also a reminder of how little it would have helped if you'd carried that day, but left it in the console of the vehicle and couldn't get to it.

Same reason I won't paint my truck. Not afraid to scratch it now. But if it had a slick paint job, I'd worry about every branch while driving to the deer stand. I left the camo job flat so it wouldn't look pretty, and as far as satin finish clear coat making it last longer? I didn't want it to look like that for long. I couldn't wait for wear marks to show up.

That's what I was wondering about. Every video I've watched on YouTube, the person took off the FSB. I couldn't figure out why they wouldn't do it with it still on the barrel? I know you probably don't want to run the grinder at top speed while doing it, but I wouldn't do that anyway. Glad to hear from someone who said they did it with it still on the barrel. Did you use cutoff wheel on grinder?

Going to do a trust with John Wells hopefully this week and exactly what I'm going to do :rock:

I've only had it out twice, but it was really fun shooting. Took a little getting used to lining back up the sights after each shot with the buffer tube on my cheek with no rear support. Slow shots were easy, quicker ones while standing, took me a bit to figure out what I needed to do. Congrats on yours and hope you get to shoot it soon!
