I've built a lot of Anderson lowers. No problem with look of finish but have had a few that tolerances were tighter than others. Slight use of said wore area fixed that right up though. Another inexpensive lower I like the finish on is Aero Precision.

Well, that's pretty messed up!

I'm not sure how big of a score, it's late in the season to get one, and I'm not a Black Friday shopper but.... I picked up a Stealth Cam P18 on sale for $79 at Academy last night. Comes with batteries and 4gb card. Like most of them, reviews go from "I hate this piece of ^!*×£€!" to "Love it, it even makes me breakfast" so I'll take them with a grain of salt and try it out myself.

Congratulations. I've always loved Ruger products and the way they take care of their customers. I was happy to see them come out with an AR15. Unfortunately I don't own one yet....but only because of what jwhjwh54 ^^^said. Started building my own and I now have "more than one" :lol:

I've been picking up reloading supplies a little at a time. During deer season I have zero time to load but when January gets here I'll have plenty of time. I don't have near as much loaded ammo as I'd like to have but a have supplies to make me closer.

:lol: Now that's funny (since it wasn't me) Haha There are some big fox squirrels where I was at today but didn't see any out. I came out to move furniture as mentioned above. Then the person cancelled after I drove 50 miles for nothing and missed the mid day hunt. Ticked me off but drove all the way back out there for the last 2 hrs of the day. Still didn't see anything but I was in the woods! :rock:

Yes, pretty good gusts most of the time I was in the stand. 530-1030 and I had to come out because my wife volunteered me to help her friend move furniture. Again. It was unusually quiet in the woods to be honest, even the squirrels weren't running rampant.

I'm back home and my feet are still cold. That wind made it feel colder than it was. Beautiful morning in the woods but didn't see a dang thing!
