  1. Headed out to O.K. in the morning. I know it's like 1000% chance of rain but hoping it will end early or be spotty and give us a chance to shoot for a while. I'll be out there with some people from work, anyone else going tomorrow?
  2. Had to go get my 6 month scan in Murfreesboro today, so I took a sick day and enjoyed the rest of the day. Ran out to check out my stand, all 50 pounds of corn GONE!   Ground all tore up even where I hadn't had corn put out. Lots of tracks in and out of the area, no rubs, but I know there are bucks in the area from my friends game cam 100 yards from my stand. Picked up a heavier duty bow hanger at Academy on the way out and put it up, and moved the old one to the other side of the tree for my backpack to hang on. Boys, we are a week away!!!!
  3. God bless you all! Awesome news, congratulations!
  4. :puke:
  5. LMAO 10-4 I'll give it a shot. When my dogs start howling, I guess I'll know it's starting to sound realistic...wait, they do that when I sing too  I'll just practice and if it's not good enough, I'm sure you'll tell me "No thanks, I'll take my chances without your help buddy!" HA HA
  6. HECK YEAH! That would be awesome! I'll even buy a mouth call and start practicing so you aren't just calling in for me, that way you could bust one too. I really appreciate the invite and yes, Lebanon isn't far and I'd gladly come down for a day of coyote shootin.
  7. I carry a full size M&P .40 and it was a big change for me. After carrying a Ruger P90 for almost a decade, the trigger on the M&P was totally different. Getting used to it now, but took some shooting to do it....which was just terrible ya know
  8. Took the words right outta my keyboard
  9. That's a pretty cool story, I never thought about the screaming of the coyote scaring the deer off. I just thought, well the bow is quiet, it will be fine. I just worried about shooting one in gun season and the shot scaring the deer off. But it seems the screaming worked out to your advantage though. I don't know how many are around where I hunt right now, but we did get a fox on the trail cam. Those things are beautiful! I'd never really considered hunting foxes, but it would be a nice trophy. Wonder how much a full mount of one of them would run?
  10. Just sharin the love, just pretend the bites are battle scars as you enter into your quest for deer lol   That's cool, but I agree, I'd have goose bumps just knowing they were there. Far off, they don't worry me, but up close, you never know how much they fear what you are going to do to them and what they may do at the last moment. Bust a couple of them opening day too
  11. Holy crap! That is awesome!
  12. The board that oversees the U.S. Capitol Police has opened an investigation into whether a tactical team of officers that was one of the first on the scene during the Washington Navy Yard shooting was ordered to stand down. 13. Is that Hilary Clinton's baby picture?
  14. That's a beautiful picture, wish the stickers were from 2102, but still nice to see.
  15. Good deal! I bet you got excited when you saw the fresh action signs on that scrape huh?
  16. I'm shaking already with anticipation guys!!! :woohoo:   Batman, mine have cleared up pretty much, but probably get a few more next Saturday....then it won't matter anyway, I'm not scratchin in the woods for anything! LOL
  17. Just heard that. Like 5 miles away from where his bike was??
  18. Their Facebook page is taking a stomping by people outraged by them bowing down to the sheeple. I don't drink coffee at all but my wife and I bring our daughter up there often to get hot chocolate. While we are trying to keep up with EVERYTHING being thrown at law abiding people in this country, there are whackos out there pushing this kind of crap behind closed doors and getting companies to follow along with their whining complaints!
  19. Prayers for his safe return! This makes me sick to my stomach!
  20. Congrats! Be safe!
  21. +1 on .243
  22. Very good looking pistol, congrats!
  23. Welcome to TGO!!
  24. I'm taking out my Armalite AR10 this year for the first time. Using what it came with because I'm broke and have no other choice :)
