Same here, that's why I stopped talking about anything gun/hunting related just to avoid the subject coming up. I mean hell, some people like sushi, some don't, but I don't see pro-sushi people arguing with anti-sushi people! If someone wants to let themselves and their families be victims, that's fine, your choice. But don't worry about me not wanting to stand their and watch someone break in my house and rape or kill someone in my family while I wish I could call the police but can't because $&^#&*%! 6.72:1 in the rockwells and 1200 ponies is a pretty sick combo.

It's pretty amazing with the advances made in suspension what these super tall trucks will do. When I started messing with 4x4's the tall trucks had super stiff leaf springs and didn't maneuver like these coilover systems do. That being said, I would probably feel like I was tipping over if I ever drove something that big!

HOLY CRAP! Glad it missed ya. I was thinking about that today when I put my blind up. I was glad I did when the wind really picked up because limbs were falling everywhere!

I never have to worry about forgetting, my wife reminds me every 5 minutes till it's done once she decides it is "time".  :up:

That's a crazy drop in temp! I know it was raining here in Smyrna one minute, went to let the dog out the next and it was sleet. I was taking a drink of sweet tea as my wife asked in a pretty loud, worried voice "Oh my God, what are we going to do without any Epsom Salt!? We won't be able to get down the stairs!!!" I spit tea all over the coffee table!!!  :rofl:  I said "You mean ALL two of those steps out front???"

So! Season is over ladies and gents. I killed a 146 pointer tonight but the rack wouldn't fit in the camera so you'll just have to take my word on it.  :rock: Wind was terrible as we all know, had guys next door target practicing about 2:30 or so, then the bottom fell out for about an hour and then turned to just light to medium rain the rest of the day.  I've really enjoyed this hunting season and a lot of that was keeping up with the hunting threads on here. Thanks to everyone who participated and made the hunt talk what it is. Dave, I need help lifting this huge rack into the truck...... :rofl:

I would love to think I made some kind of difference in his views. But when someone tells me the gangs are under control and are to worry, but we need more legislation, I don't see much of a chance.
