I got mine last week. I forgot to post here. I've yet to shoot it, but dry fire practice has been real fun :)

It's just total permits.  If someone wants to send me an excel sheet with permit counts and population I can create a new one with percent of population.

I recently built one for $430.  When I say built, I just put a few parts together.  Got a stripped lower for dirt cheap, then caught a cheap LPK with BT and stock on sale at PSA.  Then about two months later caught a PSA upper on sale with the BCG and charging handle.  It's cheap, but it still goes bang every time, which is exactly what I wanted.

I want one for the bullet collection.

I scored a brick a few weeks ago at Academy for $25.

Crappy Chinese fashion watches go for $150-$200, so this is actually a decent value.  I do think it would be cool if they will make a connector that could attach the band to my Luminox. 

My definition of enough, is never enough.  It doesn't go down in value. There is always a family member or friend looking for ammo, and after I was caught with my pants down with this shortage, it will never happen again.  So if I find a brick for $25, I buy it.  Someone will need it.

I'm new to NFA and thinking of doing my first SBR as well.  Just to get some clarification, I live in TN and have many friends in KY.  Do I have to notify someone if I want to take my SBR to KY to shoot at a friend's range?  If so, does the same rule hold true for silencers?

I personally think pistol grip shotguns are brutal to shoot.  I think one in the configuration shown by the OP may break your wrist :)

Do you already have a carry permit in VA?  If so, you may be able to just fill out the TN paperwork and get fingerprinted.  That's what I did when I moved here from KY.  I didn't have to test or shoot again.

He wanted to come but he's out of town this week.  I'm the only one in my family not sick right now, so I'm hoping all of the gun powder and lead in my system has faught off the bug in our house. :)
