Email sent to the gov and I need some clarification please. I keep reading the papers state it still has the age restriction. I thought they redefined it to not use the age restriction. So is the age limit in or out and the media is screwing up their reporting like normal? ON MAY 4, 2009, THE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE MET AND ADOPTED A MAJORITY REPORT. THE MAJORITY REPORT RECOMMENDS THAT HOUSE AMENDMENT #1 BE DELETED AND THAT SENATE AMENDMENT #1 (AS DESCRIBED ABOVE) BE ADOPTED. Here is the Senate amendment: AMENDMENT #1 removes the provisions of House Amendment #1 and thus reinstates the provisions of the original bill. This amendment also revises the original bill to remove the requirement that the restaurant not be an age-restricted venue in order for a person who has a handgun carry permit and otherwise complies with the bill to carry a handgun into the restaurant.

Is there a time limit on his veto? The reason I asked is if he vetos it, and they have revote to override his veto. What if he waits till May 31?

Any word on when this will go up infront of the Senate?

But don't let it bother you if the Senate doesn't get to it till Monday. We need the House to pass it and it doesn't take effect till 6/1. This is the bill the Senate passed already with enough votes to avoid veto. The House is what is holding this up.

I figure I can call her my own when I get done. Replacing pretty much all the metal except the interior pieces. The shell will have a complete new floor, rockers, inner/outer wells, full quarters, roof, full trunk. It's going to take a while though. I can only work on her 1 or 2 days a week, and learning this stuff before I do it slows me down some. I usually plan what I am going to do the whole week before I work on it on the weekend. Cash is always my biggest problem though. This stuff isn't cheap.

I updated the website to include predisassembly pics. I was going to do that, but got distracted like normal.

I been there and have had great service one time, and have been completly blew off another. I will go back because they do have a good selection and most of their staff are helpful. I have gotten 3 transfers done there and have purchased 1 pistol from them.

I am rebuilding a 67 RS camaro, off frame restoration. I purchaded a Lincoln 175 mig and I am looking for a 80cf tank for the Argon/C02 mix. Anyone recommend a certain place to go in the north Nashville/Nashville area? OR anyone have a 80cf tank laying around they want to sell? Right now Linde Gas AirGas on Myatt is the best/cheapest place to get the bottle and fill at I have found. Guy seemed nicer compared to the other places I have called. Thanks

I carry my USPC 40 in a Comp-Tac. It gets a little uncomfortable after an hour or so, but I have not bought a good belt yet and I think I have read about some kinda of leather (moal hair?) that has adhesive on it makes it alot more comfortable too. I still use it because it works great though.

And if it helps any, the accessories are plentiful for the walther. Silenced......I can wish can't I?

I have the P22 and have no complaints. Has a great feel to it and it the next best thing to shooting my carry pistol w/o burning up the expensive ammo.
