Got an e mail from Rockcastle today stages are posted for pro and am, Looks good, they also asked if anyone wants to bail they have over 100 people lined up to get a spot. Should be good!

I've flown rc helis since 1995. They've come a long way since then. The drones today are nice and inexpensive. Some get programmed to come home in the event of failure. The helis came home in the form of a lawn dart w lots of bad language when failing. All good fun!

It must be telephone scam week. I received a call from a man who sounded like he was Indian or Pakistani, He claimed that he was with Microsoft tech support and that my computer had been infected by a special virus that only he could fix. He wanted me to go to Some site and describe what I saw and enter some code. After describing things w animals and a homicide he informed me that everything would be ok and for 200 dollars he could fix my computer over the telephone. I worked on this guy for over 10 minutes and tried so hard to keep from laughing. It was so bad that I will probably send it off to the Howard Stern show because it was that priceless. On a more considerate note if anyone gets a phone call from anyone claiming to be from Microsoft tech-support be where it is a scam.... I could not believe they stayed on the phone as long as they did . Enjoy

They've called before but not from private caller, your right though the thugging for money was prob on the horizon....

Usually I don't answer any private caller. But today I was in a good mood and was ready to say: oh man I got the blood cleaned up,both bodies are wrapped, when will you be here????

I doubt it was a spoof call, I made the woman repeat natl rifle assn twice. Pretext ing has illegal aspects that have come to board over the past couple of years ... I just couldn't believe the call

from a blocked number, a woman calls me, tells me shes with the NRA, and Wayne Lapierre wants to know if I think Obama is against second amendment rights...REALLY??????????????? I told her id answer only if she believed every member of the nra should know shes getting paid to call gun owners and ask stupid questions at the NRA's expense..........she hung up, just when i was getting started........

After reading the linked stories, the truck shooting is plausible, some of the story is not.katrina,,,, sea story as well, the jesse knockout, plausible cause other things have happened at association functions beside old timers getting juiced w young guys.... Book early. Look for coupons and discounts through aaa SAMs club le gov etc. use your own insurance if u can. Take the loss damage insurance. It covers lost revenue and damage insurance co won't pay for if the vehicle is trashed or stolen. It's worth it... I use hertz, thrifty, enterprise and budget. All neccessary evils....
