Usually additional counts are in the initial warrant. Usually. Louisiana. There are certain things that should be scrutinized and analyzed when dealing with this type of criminal act. Namely because of how it's used in a tortious manner by the disgruntled, and dismissed because a family has nothing but a child's disclosure. That's why I'd like to see the disclosure......

If some douche is in a public place pacing or loitering with a weapon they need to be addressed properly out of concern for public safety. If he didn't violate any law then so be it but, if he wants recognition he's better off auditioning for the Howard stern show then taunting cops for real attention. There is no way the press will have a statement from a minor child. I'm betting the mother coached the kid as many others have done in the past as a vindictive stunt w no fear of repercussions. All an agency needs is a disclosure from a minor child to get a warrant. Doesn't matter if it's true or not a disclosure is a disclosure. There is no check or balance. Only a good interviewer can decipher between truth and bs. In the end it's about a trial lawyers and money.

I'll bet if they called the suspect up he would have turned himself in.i get a vibe that he can be prick like most of us, but aggravated rape of a 12 yr old is a heavy allegation.
